Last week someone posted that they had been promised a reply to an email to Investor Relations by Friday just gone. Does anyone know if they got the reply. Replying to emails from investors appears to be a problem for HARL.

The questions will be screened and any that cannot be spinned will not be selected. That said as the event is after market close they may have market sensitive news just not expecting any.

If you go from 2021 when the tender competition started then it has grown to approximately £182,394,879.45. TheEast ref 08.49 post I am not sure that HARL is years a way from turning a profit. Previous guidance was for HARL to reach profit this year with dividends from 2024. This guidance was before the FSS contract award and before some revenue was moved from 2022 to 2023. I am therefore looking to see what the 2023 interims say.

Kaeren ref 08.22 post the importance about the cruise and ferry market is that this is thearea where the money that is needed for day to day running costs. We do not yet know how the payments are being paid under the FSS contract so it is important that there is money coming in to cover running costs. With IslandMagee three years out from contributing any revenues Cruise and Ferry market is needed to cover the gaps. I would also point out that the amount of money generated from Cruise and Ferry has not increased in the last three years which is not where it should be.

Si_Derman ref 19.35 post I did in fact allow for around 39m new shares to be isued but that was in relation to warrants being exercised and the LTIP. The reason for not factoringin a placing is because I did not have any information on which to do so. In any event it was irrelevant to the point I was making which was that £2 a share is not farfetched as the contract value was higher than the issued share capital.

On the question of a placing I note that with a regular source of income for the next nine years there is the option of going to the bond market to raise funds.

mikee_p ref 18.15 post Allowing for all the warrants to be exercised and the LTIP shares and assuming there are no placings the maximum that the issued share capital will reach is 210m. The minimum expected share of the FSS contract price that HARL will get is £800m. That would mean that over the term of the contract it will receive around 4x its issued share capital. Taking all that into account £2 a share might prove conservative. I do not think anyone is saying that it will get to £2 next week. However it is not beyond the realm of possibility that it would reach £2 witthin three years.

TheDogFarther ref 15.57 had you come on this board as little as three weeks ago I am not sure you would have said the same thing. We had rampers and derampers who were populating the board with little of value and stopping any kind of serious discussion. My fear is once the RNS comes in with the sub contract they will all come flooding back again.

Avyererdowt ref 13.05 post no prediction on price but this week the share price may not act as some are expecting. If we get the RNS with all the relevant details on workshare and split or work next week we should see a rise not sure if we will see the predicted spike. The nearest comparison is the reaction to the £26m Saipem contract. There the share price did not hold. I do not know about NYCT and if it is comparable.
