I have just checked the Cenkos Research Portal and nothing about HARL is on it.

I note that under the contract HARL will recieve £50m during the pre construction phase and then over £100m a year for the next five years. The details of the work to be done belies the negative briefing that has been given to date by the unions. I also note that the margin is stated to be between 20-25% inline with the current blended rate.

I note that HARL is targetting a £1bn order backlog by the end of the year they are more than half way rheir already.

May1 ref 13.10 post when I say Inquiry I do not mean like with a judge leading it. I mean the Defence Select Committee will look at it and hear evidence from some people. I would anticipate the select committee will open the inquiry soon. In relation to your point on the JR the only people who would be in a position to bring a JR is Team UK. In the highly unlikely case that they were they would most likely be refused permission as they had an alternative remedy which they did not pursue.

Kevan Jones seemed to think that after the final bid the MoD should go back with queries to allow them to supplement their bid this would seem unfair to those who submitted compliant bids.

Vice Admiral Marshall was given a grilling over whether Team Resolute was the only compliant bid. They were then questions about who is underwriting Navantia bid.

maestro1 ref 16.53 post That is not necessarily the case. This time around the need to know list is smaller. You could limit it to about 5 at HARL and about the same at Navantia. There is no need to tell Minister's Private offices in advance.

TheDogFarther ref 14.17 post It is only an assumption that there will be an RNS as JW said that the sub contract would be signed in around 2 weeks, not his exact words. So while it is the working assumption that the announcement will be tomorrow it is not set in stone. That said in answer to your question I would hope that there is a doubling of the SP so as to put me into profit.

Hmmiwonder ref 11.02 post Having looked at the question again I am not convinced that you are right as the answer can be given in a more general way. The SNP and Labour might try and make it all about FSS but I doubt that any answer would give any market sensitive news.
