Also you have to remember that a management buyout would effectively take HARL private. This would restrict how it can raise finance. I will be corrected if I am wrong the only ways of raising finance would be by debenture shares.

I do not recall seeing any figures for any charge for extracting the gas or initial deposit. Correctted for inflation the charge would be £56,437,177.12. However, allowing for the construction of the caverns and the increase in value of the project I would give a value of between £100m and £180m.

According to the Belfast Harbour website the Irish Ferries ferry Dublin Swift will be arriving on Friday. This is its second visit in about three years so it may be its routing classification survey visit. But it is good to see repeat business.
