I remember having a discussion with Consuela about whether this would be possible. I think we agreed to disagree as the legislation was still going through Parliament at the time. Based on the various RNS' and any other information what does everyone think the FY23 revenues will be? My view is taking the contracted revenues for this year of £40m as the base then add in the carried over from last year of £30m plus the £25 revenues from FSS. The question is do you add in the value of the capital investment coming as part of the FSS contract. I would add in £36.5m for this. That comes to £131.5m. We also need to take into account the ship repair work for this year. The problem is that we do not have a basis for valuing this so I am going to assume that this is the same as in 2022 and add £29m to give a total of £160.5m. This might be close to the profit range as JW has previously said that at £200m dividends would be possible.

HarChris Ref 17.29 post HARL has to date only done a RNS for about 3 or 4 contract wins a year as far as I can recall some of longer holders can confirm. The last couple of years we have had more or lessquarterly updates but I do not believe they have mentioned every contract and they do not say what revenue has been received in the quarter.
