I'd be more worried if this chat has gone quiet.

The fact there are bickering from both sides means interests remains high for this stock.

And we all know why.

I have forgot to mention the Mongolian bank also have loans in place for renewable energy projects.

If they were not serious about the project than why have such clause.

Matad are in a position like never before if you ask me. They also have the renewable energy project which might just be the key to unlocking future funding.

Again, this is working in line with the Mongolian government! It's a national objective in the energy sector.

People are forgetting that India have chipped in a million dollar to help build an oil refinery.

This is an international project with key players working in line with the Mongolian government to make Mongolia self energy efficient.

I can't see the project being withdrawn at this late stage when years of work and legalities had been in the making.

The Mongolian government will lose face if it does and this is the last thing they want.

The evidence are all there. With Petrovis being the national distributor of oil, Matad as the producer, Petro China to help with exporting, India to help build refineries.

That not a fact though. For one how are you so certain there'll be a placing? Matd is about to bring H1 and possibly H2 online. Oil will be sold for cash. Even if Matd need funding, they have other options available, like a loan from the bank, or a loan from Petrovis.

Secondly, you don't know what news would come first. Next news could be stabilised flow rate of 800bopd, or even a Petro China JV.

In which case, your advise of buying later in this scenario you would be paying a higher price per share.

The only things burning right now is shareholders rage.

Will MB end his career in shame with his name tarnished?

Or will he retire with merit and good deeds?

Either way, this will be his final chance.

Genuine holders should send an email to the company expressing their dissatisfaction.

If this goes tits up then I'm sure someone will start a legal class action?

And if that gets no where the MB will spend the rest of his life looking over his shoulders?

The hard fact is that if this was a dead duck like Block Energy for example, then no one would even be bothered to post on the board.

The few people who are constantly causing doubts are the ones accumulating shares. Its an organised poop and scoop trading strategy.

Derampers can laugh all they want, but remember when GGP announced the JV deal on Newmount, the SP went from 2p to 40p.

They had roughly the same amount of shares in issue, if not more at the time.

Share trading is all about timing. You will be surprised how quickly sentiment changes once positive news flow starts to come in.

Eg:

Once H1 starts flowing - 3p

Confirm of funding, loan, future operation - 5p

Confirm of sales - 8p

Confirm of JV - 15p

Again, if you believe in Matad, hold or buy.

If not then sell up.

MB is taking the mic in the RNS when he says "I am pleased to announce...."

"pleased"? In what way should he be pleased...

Or did he meant it from his perspective, as in he is receiving his monthly pay cheque. I know he needs to word it in a business format but still...

Anyway, I'm not defending MB. There no doubt that the old **** has destroyed the SP...

But, I can't see Petro Matad, or Petrovis, or Buck himself letting the company go down at this pivotal moment...

Even if it's just for his personal interests, he will try to prolong it.

This is the time to be patient. Matad is about to become a producer.

Hold those golden tickets. The persistent discouragement from the derampers is because they want your shares.

They are accumulating in the background.

MB needs to hang his head in shame. There is no denialing that his decision making for the business has been a disaster.

Who was it that made the decision to go for more wild cat drills rather than focusing on Heron? It was the Mongolian government was it?

Who was it that raised millions and wasted funds on wild cat dusters and resulted the SP being diluted? Wasn't the Mongolian government

Who was it that not long ago, raised funds to keep MATD's light on after failed wild cat drills, but then decided to use further funds raised to chase Gobi? Was it the Mongolian government?

Looking at past delays, there were one time that a borrowed rig on loan left idling because the drilling crew had missing paperwork. Was that the Mongolian government's fault?

Who was it that chilled in their Singapore mansion during the bureaucracy delays for granting the land permit? Do you think that was acceptable for someone at Buck's position? To have taken 5 years to get the LP

Who was it that made the choice, dating back even further, to sign the Bergen death spiral deal? Which sent the SP from 40p to 2p. Was that the Mongolian government?

MB needs to hang his head in shame.

If he had focused his operational plans on the Heron field which is a given, then Matad would have became a producer years ago.

The only way for that old **** to redeem himself, is for him to work tirelessly and create some shareholder value.

I do hope he is reading this. Now it's time for him to deliver some positive news.

If people had done their research, then they would know the Heron1 field is from the same stream and part of the PetroChina Resovoir.

The underground structure expands over to Petro Matad where they hold the permit. Look at the map in the presentation. Matd are right next door to PC.

Heron is proven and unlikely to flop as some of the derampers are suggesting here

It's the reason MB has chosen to drill this well.

Could PC be making a takeover deal to buy up the rest of the field, or could they enter a JV with MATD to explore their half of the field to unlock its full potential?

Interesting times ahead.

Derampers are listing news that can further drop the share price, but each news can equally lift the SP.

Matad is about to become a producer and the derampers knows.

- Heron1 flow rate stabilises at 500-800+bopd

- Heron2 analysis work complete and well can be re-worked

- Gobi bear not quite a dead cert

- PetroChina deal being finalised

- Sales contracts near conclusion

- Invaluable geographic data being analysed for next phrase (DQE or PC JV potential)

- Backing from Petrovis main company.

- MATD is debt free

Regarding funding, Matad are open to a few options here.

PetroChina could go into a JV and fund the rest of the Heron campaign for a share of the field.

Petrovis could and would chip in to support MATD when necessary. I can't see Petrovis letting MATD go under.

Matad is producing oil. They are debt free and can take out a loan if need be.

Remember, people had paid much higher per share
