There's definitely disparity between the SP and the potentials at play here.

We have multiple international projects that are in the making.

The LTHs have undeniably suffered, but that doesn't mean sentiment for the share will not change.

Anybody reading should research and invest safety.

I must have nailed it about the SP being kept low and quite accumulation is happening

They are worried about Oracle holding 100% of the Northern Zone.

There's just not enough shares to go round for everybody. MMs wants them, shorters wants them...

I suspect the drop is because shorters went for a last minute scramble for shares, and the MMs had to lower the SP in order to get them, frightening people to sell and triggering stop losses.

If we do somehow retain 100% ownership of 10-16 billion gold, huge re-rate coming no matter how you look at it.

Placings, loans, JV...makes little difference when you are sitting on a gold mine.

I have originally set my limit selling on 0.1.

Think I will get that cancelled now because this has potential to multi-bag higher

I wrote to the company asking about the Northern Zone on the back of StMartins post from yesterday. This is their response:

"Thank you for your email.

Oracle holds 100% of the Northern Zone Project in accordance with the conditions of the Heads of Terms as announced on 9 May 2023.

Riversgold is in the process of farming-in to the Northern Zone Project and has the right to earn up to an 80% beneficial interest however this has not yet been triggered.

I hope this clarifies the situation but do get in touch if you have any other questions.

Okay, so nothing that we don't know already but the interesting part is the choice of words "this has not yet been triggered."

The response could have been "which is due to be triggered" or "expected to be triggered."

Read into it however you want, I am just sharing the response.

Could Riversgold be waiting on the Mineralisation Report also before they decide whether to throw more cash at it for the 80%...

If huge reserves are proven and Riversgold out, I think it would be better for us to find another JV partner on better terms...

Riversgold has until May 2025 to fulfill their part of the agreement or else they won't be getting the 80%.

I personally would prefer them out so we can retain 100% of Northern Zone , 10 - 16 Billion gold.

It's an interesting read and can play a significant role in where the SP is heading.
