Imagine walking into a supermarket, you see a product that is lovely packaged, the salesman over the counter tells you it's good stuff.
You end up buying the product and it's entirely faulty, different to the package, then you take it back to the store and they tell you it's nothing to do with them, no refund.
They pass all the fault to the manufacturer. What's worse is next day you walk into the same store, you see them selling the same faulty products from the same manufacturer.
And we have invester33 thinking all is fine.
