If Mike Buck can confirm via an RNS money from oil sales received into the MATD bank, then none of this debate will happen

Fact is that it has taken more than 10 years and they have not made a penny of income.

I won't be surprised if the ramping group are working for retail investors.

If they have a sniff of the risk then they would want to offload their shares quickly, and so they will have to convince the PIs to take it off them.

If the local government isn't supportive, then they shouldn't be promoting foreign investments.

It's looking more and more uninvestable.

The one thing I would like to know, but will never find out, whether it's Matad or the Mongolian government who keeps delaying and delaying as seen with the land permit etc

If the ramping individuals here are THAT good in their price predictions, you would think they should have bought at the lowest and not be down.

Now they are desperate to convince people to buy.

Nothing wrong with trying to get out but it's the constant misleading posts, lies, and accusations that's unethical.

How can someone talk with such certainty, that the share price will be 5p by June, and 12p by year end.

With all these rampers posting daily and every hour intervals, the irony of them accusing genuine LTHs of being here de-ramping when facts are discussed.

It seems the rampers themselves, are the real culprits, when it comes to an attempted orchestrated pump and dump.

They are choosing MATD because of the news flow and good vibes around transforming into a production rather than an exploration company.

However, all the company issues are being dismissed and they selectively pick out the best parts, even listing potentials as facts.

Anyone who had done their own research will see whose who.

Malcy gets paid to speak good things about the share.

Malcy had made many predictions over the years on Matad and none of them have come true.

It's been discussed many times that a placing is likely.

MATD needs to find the funds as they will have expenditures from multiple fronts.

The rampers dismisses this likelihood. If they were SO SURE of Matd's success then a placing or two won't make a difference in the grand scheme of thing.

The fact they are trying to dismiss any talks of placing is because deep down they know very well the 5p by June won't happen.

Their aim is to hope for an exit next spike.

I know how oil exploration work.

It's just that, there are different calibre of geogist and management that would make a company either a success or a failure.

The good ones will make sound choices, pick rewarding projects, through their expertise and de-risking projects, not leaving investors open for vulnerability.

I can't see any of that from Mr CEO and his team. Not only he has taken way longer to sort out the land permit and now the export license. Buck's decisions and lack of insight has bought the SP where it is today.

Buck's attitude in overexposure and taking more projects than he can handle is another example. The need to go for Gobi without first working on Heron is another mistake.

So no, seems like you're the thick one here.

Again, at MATAD current position, they don't have £14.9 million to burn through. If that's not another mismanagement then I don't know what is.

So you are telling me that they can walk away if things don't work out and that is considered a good scenario after spending near £2million in the first 2 years and they losing one of their prospects which they had deemed good at today's date.

If that is the case then that more than backs my point that MBs credibility are in shambles. They walk away from yet another project after raising and spending funds.

What would happen to the SP by then, and also the company's trust, and also raises the question how they pick their projects.

If after the first two years, it can be one of two scenarios:

1. They withdraw from the deal. This could be poor data and they don't see a success case

2. They continue. Data is encouraging and the see a success case.

BUT, scenario 2 only means that the data is good enough for them to continue, it doesn't guarantee success.

By continually, it only means that it's good enough to commit £14.9 million.

Just like wild horse, snow leopard, gazelle for example, they proceeded because data was good enough for them to, or they think it was anyway

What if:

1. Sales agreement not finalised

2. H1 production not increased

3. H2 issues cannot be resolved

4. No reserved based loan

Even if all went accordingly against all odds, still, £14.9 million is a lot to cover and I don't think H1 and H2 combined will be enough.

People talk about the soft loan, unless MATAD comes out with impressive figures, then I don't think anyone would lend them £14.9 millions.

In fact, who would want to take such risk, all in my opinion of course.

You got to look at it both ways

and also past record tells you MB doesn't move fast

Let alone this poor credibility

What if:

1. Sales agreement not finalised

2. H1 production not increased

3. H2 issues cannot be resolved

4. No reserved based loan

Reality is MATD don't have the funds and the oil production capacity far from cover the forecasted expenditure.

Where will Matad find the money, under a sofa?
