Had enough guys, sold out at a big loss, unfortunately for me, has all the hall marks of PFC, just think I moved all my RR funds to average out there and ended up losing the lot, instead if I had stuck with RR, I would made around 400K. Having averaged down similar here in TLW I was not prepared to lose even more. That being in my case another 50K if this does go to zero. I wish all long termers all the best and hope it survives.

Harbour Energy has agreed to buy "substantially all" subsidiaries of Waldorf Energy Partners Ltd and Waldorf Production Ltd, currently in administration, for USD170 million, to be "funded through readily available sources of liquidity". The oil and gas producer said the acquisition is immediately materially accretive to free cash flow and will support the competitiveness, resilience and longevity of its UK business. It expects the deal to add 20,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day in oil-weighted production, and 35 million boe in 2P reserves; to increase Harbour's interest in the Catcher field to 90%; and to provide a new North Sea production base with the addition of a 29.5% interest in the Kraken field. Harbour said the deal should be complete during the second quarter of next year.

At the rate this keeps dropping it will be 600 by the time of the update next week.

If this recovery is on, like it appears to be, since moment is gathering here prior to the next trading update penciled in for 30th Jan 2026, then in my IMHO, this is likely to hit 1200 in the future, which is only 80p in old money. So selling out at 500 would be too low an offer. Please DYOR.

Appointment of Independent Non-Executive Chair and Board reset

1 December 2025 - Tullow Oil plc (Tullow) today announces the appointment of Roald Goethe as independent non-executive Chair of the Board, with effect from 1 December 2025.

Roald is a highly experienced oil and gas executive with extensive commercial knowledge of the energy industry in Africa includi9ng business development, M&A, and in oil markets, specifically financing, hedging, and trading. In 1994, he joined Trafigura Group as an executive where he had an integral role in the development of the group's oil trading activities, primarily in West Africa. In 2006, he founded his own company, Delaney Petroleum Ltd, trading crude oil and petroleum products predominantly in West Africa and the Middle East. He then returned for a three-year term with Trafigura Group in Geneva and remained an advisor at the company until the end of 2021.

Deeko that would be a dream, if this bonces back to 20p. Currently got my sell set at 15p if by some miracle a re-refinance is RNS'ed. Would even come out with a profit this time around, having averaged down to around 11p. I Can"t remember the sums I lost on this previously as had sold out completely in the past.

FDM, I remember Yell well [renamed Hibu], hard to forget the 100k loss there. And it will not be far short of that, if this one goes down, I just hope RG knows more than anh of us, hence his buy of 2m at 11.9p only a couple of months ago.

It will be all but over by Friday at this rate. Below 4p now.

The best outcome for us PI's, is hopefully sense prevails that all parties agree an extention, to enable TLW to demonstrate that production can be increased with the introduction of new well(s), over the next couple years and carry on servicing the debt until falls below 1B, whilst possibly helped by the oil price having risen back to 70-75 usd level during that time.

The pattern does seem to fit Anton, as every time he buys the share price drops!!!

Anyway guys. U got to ask yourself, if this is such a basket case, why did all the shorts leave around 10p. When they could had another 100% to zero?
