Unioil, echo your sentiments, like you I have stuck with this, when I could see other stocks were performing better than this, this being my final hope if I am ever to be able to retire in 2 years, love to see this at £2, with the help of Rahul, who in my mind we been so lucky to have come along as the guy has such good pedigree in this industry. Not got the amount of shares as yourself but even my 100,000 at an an average of 31p will be worth a Bob or two at anything over a pound.....which should be possible if things go to plan.

Don't feel sorry for Odey, hope they get their pants burnt, had enough chances to take profits at 15p to 25p on several occasions over the last year.

Yes from what heard the guy was very professional and open, of course he could not give too much detail as they still in negotiations, but yesterday's deal they have given themselves a fighting chance of getting a good RBL outcome.

I don't disagree that a bad RBL outcome will be bad for the share price from current levels, but if the company really thought there is going to be no outcome, they would not have gone ahead with the drilling spend announced only last week, that alone should be seen as a positive sign tar the good times are around the corner with some added comments from their IR that they not considering any share dilution or debt for equity swap if that is to be believed.

Interesting observation C_L... As you say hope that is the reason for Pictet reducing their short, as that is a very positive sign.

Yes Jim they are doing all they can to let their mates out with a good profit, all we can hope they reinvest on long side with the proceeds received.

Keep it calm Jubileey, it would be nice if TLW was to rise to 40-50p in the next month or so, if not never mind, the main thing is to remain healthy, remember health is wealth... as it means you can always work to pay something off, just may take a little longer than what is termed ideal.

I think all these so called big sells are shorts closing out in the last few days as they know their days are numbered, stock being dumped on the market to ensure they can buy back without the price going out of control, being done gradually inorder not to cause a spike up. All IMO PDYOR.

I can't believe someone not even willing to bid 60p for this? For f**ksake move up....before we all die of bboredom. All other oilers are well up from their recent lows.

Could not agree with you more TA, we had the best chance to stop the spread, should have stopped every Tom Dick and Harry flying in, plus shut Euro Tunnel, we never would seen the pain we did.

Hope it comes good for you Timmy, especially IMO, I think we are at the start of the recovery for Tlw, hopefully not long to wait when we see it in the 60-70p range, just need the shorters to feck-off.

Unfortunately Timmy, this share never behaves the way we would expect after such good news, but you got to remember the MM's got get shares back for their shorter mates as they know the game is up and it just a matter of time when we see this past 50p never mind 40p....using the Brexit situation to bring the price down while they can. GLA...

Sentinel, I am not saying your observation is not correct, but always be mindful that past trends are there to be broken, the strong recovery to 29.5p we saw after the mm's tried last week to break it back past 25p failed, for me was a definite indicator that the previous behaviour of this share has been broken, IMO this will end up closer to 40p by the end of this week rather than lower than the current price of 34p.DYOR....but sentiment is on the up for this stock, as indicated by the broker upgrades in the last week post the CMD announcement.

Got to believe this can get to 5 pounds by the time they set sail next May, which only equates to a recovery price 33p in old money, when the likes of stagecoach, first bus have recovered back to approx 70p already on vaccine news, whilst still in a lockdown situation.

Same here Darren, got to hope confidence is returning with investors wanting to buy is greater numbers and and as well as belief in the TLW board, thus meaning the shorters start to close out their positions to maximise their profit, before it gradually erodes.

All I know is, we are below the price we should be by now, these should easily be trading around 65 to 70p by now....let's hope we see it soon.

I would be surprised if this does not hit 50p by end Jan, especially if the poo behaves and the vaccines are approved for use in the next few days, but wish I had sold first thing this morning at around 36.5p and bought back in at around 31p.
