Maybe a good time to enter or top up?
I need to top up but not at this price surely will slide a bit soon?
Thats great the further the SP falls the more shares I could buy at this price its to expensive to buy in!!
There is to much on these threads about refunds, rather than discussing the actual SP, so far 8% loss in 2 days, I have just pulled out 75% of shares and just left the remainder in as too many eggs in 1 basket, I hope SAGA is not going to do an HMV later, its a highly competitive industry insurance and travel and these days with the internet you can trawl for the cheapest deals in insurance and tailor your own holidays cutting out the middleman. I just hope some new ideas will strengthen this SP?
I would prefer some proper contributions instead of all this whinging on refunds and other negative stuff, surely there are procedures to deal with those issues. what we want on hear is relevant news that will affect our share price.
Who said at the beginning of the year this sp would never make 12 again?
I fear we will get zero!!
Thank you for your recent web enquiry. To provide further detail, OCS Group Limited has purchased the contracts and assets of the business directly from the Administrators who were appointed following the collapse of Legion as a trading entity. It is a straight transaction which sees the transfer of the contracts and approximately 2,800 staff who operate within them, to OCS. All other obligations remain with the Administrators, who are Paul Williams, John Whitfield and Paul Clark of MCR; may I suggest you request any further clarification directly from them.
http://www.ocs.co.uk/news-article/ocs-acquisition-of-legion-group Leading support services provider OCS Group UK Limited has acquired the business and assets of Legion Group plc and Legion FM Limited from John Whitfield, Paul Williams and Paul Clark of MCR in their capacity of administrators of the companies.
I suppose Legion will be wiped out of our portfolios, but the losses could be claimed against tax on our profitable shares, so may take some of the sting out. You lose some and win some
Its a shame as these SP's was picking up before the close .078 from .045
A buyout is the best we can hope for at the moment is it not?
Can't seem to get any further information. I suppose its wait until its announced, but this can't be good for business all the uncertainty and the Employees have been treated like Mushrooms as well.
Employees have been shocked. They are trying to keep every one in the dark and I suppose that includes customers.
The operations of the business are running fine, its just a cash flow issue that's seized this one. Best never to put all your eggs in 1 basket.
