My understanding is CW can't come out as a new co as they haven't ceased trading so haven't gone into liquidation CH 11 was to refinance and move forward as a going concern for all or cease or sell

I just don't see how this can become a new company ch11 has dealt with the restructuring, debt and refinancing but they haven't go into ch7 haven't ceased trading or liquidated so can't see how this is done legally but what do I know

Only seen it done when the said company actually liquidates thus ceasing to trade albeit for a day changing from LTD toPLC

i read that these are still the traded shares of which we own plus any additional does that mean that they will still be traded by all just owned by the lenders until they sell the company etc somebody please correct me if im wrong
