3) When it says 'Enter Nickname' greyed out, just click in the box and then CRTL + V lets you paste the user ID.

As I live in Spain, UK tax free wrappers are not recognised there, so when i do my Spanish tax return, I pay tax on UK Share dividends, even though they are in an ISA. A bit of a bummer...
