One caveat, yes folks need houses, but I question whether every man and his dog needs their own place to live, or indeed can afford it.

Its a bit of a UK modern phenomenon that everyone seems to feel entitled to be able to afford and buy their own place.

In some societies young folk remain with the family until they marry and you even get generations of the same family in the same property.

MV, it will remain at the Friday close price until markets open again on Monday.

My 5 year old know the markets close on Friday, are closed for the weekend, and reopen on Monday.
