Just had a reply from Sharepoint. Zac has just sent them through the correct podcast and they are going to quickly edit and republish!

I sent Sharepoint a message to ask if it is an old interview but haven't had a reply yet.

I can't find this particular recording, so assume it was one that they didn't publish? But it must be from 19th March when hole 1 assays were release.

Iceberg - Yes, a TR1 to confirm a group like the Commodity Discovery Fund has taken a significant position would turn this into good news.

Would have liked to have seen the assay results from holes 2 and 3 before this placing. How does XTR make a decision to do this without confirmation from at least holes 2 and 3 that the grades are there? They must already have them... even if they are still in the process of 'collating' the data before informing the market.

We need the assay results and some TR1's to quickly follow.

Joeman - It will be 8 weeks as of next Tuesday that hole 3 finished. Also, 150ish meters less to assay. They are surely going to drop the results for both holes 2 and 3 together and (all jokes aside) it must be imminent!

It is weird. They seem to have managed to convert the F5 refresh key into a regress key.

The SP also seems to get 'stuck' when there is a UT during the day.

CE - I just re-listened to that section again and it still sounds like bear to me... even spelling it out! Pear makes more sense though, so I'll go with that and trust your northerner interpretation skills.

So... four large trades from yesterday show up after hours today. I guess that's what we mean by large orders being filled in the background.

Nothing much going on at the moment... the occasional tumbleweed blowing by. At least this time the SP is holding up as we wait on news.

The board I was looking at isn't live but that was the first change of the day I saw this morning. I know you can see the live boards, so will obviously take your word for it. Will be interesting to see the first trades as they come in.

To be honest, I was actually pretty pleased that the SP held up yesterday without news. Aside from someone who appears to be top slicing at the moment, perhaps we have the stock in more sticky hands now and this can begin to steadily tick up? Would be nice to avoid the spikes that attract the traders and trolls... probably wishful thinking on my part!

See the MM's are opening us up with an SP of 6.65 and a spread of 6.5 - 6.8... despite all the last trades from yesterday being 6.83 buys. How do they explain that?

1plus1 - I hadn't considered that they might ask the assaying company to 'batch up' the results of different holes. As of tomorrow, it will be 7 weeks since hole 3 finished and both it and hole 2 were short in length than hole 1 and should therefore take less time to process. They could well both have been received now and the information checked and collated.

Yes, I think I'd quite like to see holes 2 & 3 released together now and then holes 5 and 6!

News - The Hotchili comparison is very interesting.

Anyone else getting the distinct impression that CB thinks they have found a massive podgy porphyry finger and are also hoping it leads to a whole hand? The IP survey report and 3D modelling could be amazing. Can't wait for the next CB interview as he must be getting a heads up re IP survey progress and it will be interesting to see if he can contain his excitement.

Might be wishful thinking that the delay in the assay results is because they are questioning whether there can really be that much copper... but no harm in wishing for it I guess!

cyberiachas - There is also the cost of extracting the resource to consider as well as the location/jurisdiction. The Racecourse porphyry is close to the surface (mineralisation from 45m in some parts) and on it's side as opposed to going straight down... much easier, cheaper and quicker to get at. It is something CB referred to in the last interview.

It is a point I made to FTF last time he questioned the potential here but he ignored it i.e. if two assets have the same resource but one will costs £500m more to get at, then they don't have the same value do they? And sometimes the Majors have to invest many billions before they can get anything out of the ground. The Bushranger asset will therefore always command a premium over discoveries in remote regions, where the resource is deep underground and the terrain makes everything more difficult and expensive.
