T2MCG - Why did you invest here in the first place and what's happen for you to second guess your decision? What has CB said that hasn't been true and makes you feel like you've been had?

Feels like this is ready to pop. Come on XTR, give us some good assay results.

It will be six weeks tomorrow since hole 8 finished and they said on the webinar (re the conceptual open pit) that it would be 5-6 weeks from completion on a hole to getting the assay results. CB in a later interview changed that to by mid-September for the first assays. So they aren't really late... but due imminently.

I do not believe XTR has any intention of mining at Bushranger. Proving the conceptual open pit is feasible is just about adding additional value to the resource.

I don't think we'll still own Bushranger this time next year.

I think we are still in the discovery stage because the thing keeps getting bigger and there is so much more to test. However, the market is still valuing this as if it was at concept stage, which means significant upside in the not too distant future. Here's hoping for Super September to mark the awakening of the market.

Shorn - Many thanks for sharing your thoughts and analysis. Where you propose H13 could be makes sense to me now.

Makes you wonder though how any new PI's looking at this company could ever make sense of it all and see the potential from just reading the RNS's. Lots of us who have been following the XTR Bushranger story from the start are struggling and need the interviews, podcasts and input from other shareholders to keep up. To be fair, this is why I think we are lingering at less than half the SP of a few months ago... people literally don't get it. I don't think we'll see many joining the party (and driving up the SP) until we get back some corking assay results (that don't take much understanding) or a big boy is seen walking through the door.

Thanks to all who sharing their thoughts and analysis... it is really useful bouncing different ideas around.

Iceberg - I would be very grateful if you could help me (and I suspect many others) to understand where H13 and H14 were drilled.

If you go 20 minutes into conceptual pit podcast and freeze it, you can see the proposed new drill holes fairly clearly. Are you saying that you think H14 is the one sitting on top of the 'hole' in the middle of the mineralisation (just below the pointy bit of the high grade part that Zac said looked like a super yacht)?

And which one would be H13?

If being unclear makes you thick... you ain't alone! I don't think it is possible to identify the location of H15 from the description. We'll have to amuse ourselves with theories over the next couple of weeks.

I think there is some collective breath holding going on as we await news on those drill holes. Feels like the news will be a key moment either way.

Steve4077 - The ending of drill 4 in phase 1 (which only reached 117m) and the starting of hole 5, occurred over the weekend and was reported on the Monday... I don't think CB was trying to hide bad news.

Ella - It should ne noted that XTR specifically hired man drills, which do not require TLC. ;)

I'm in conflict. Part of me is champing at the bit for news, and part of me doesn't want it yet so I can have another top up tomorrow. I think I would actually just prefer good news and to get Super September started.

The RNS states they'll be "targeting the extension of mineralisation at the Racecourse target along strike to the southeast". That could well mean a drill hole along strike but could also describe the drilling of intersections along strike.

Just think how bored we'd be if we had a drill plan and had no puzzles to occupy our time. Perhaps CB is a cruciverbalist in his spare time?!?

I've watch the podcast with the 3D modelling, over and over and I can't see an obvious drill hole testing the length of the anomalies identified by the IP survey. That said, it is very hard to tell because of the colours used and because they don't give us a full 360 degree spin to get a better idea of the angle and direction of those red lines.

If the drill holes are testing intersection along strike, at (let's say) an angle of 55 degrees, then the holes would be approximately 800m before reaching a depth of 655m i.e. roughly where the mineralisation/open pit will end. That could take 13 days to drill. A 7am RNS in the morning maybe?

It isn't a bank holiday in NSW. CB obviously needs to be involved in the RNS and who know what bank holidays our jet setting chairman observes?!

I'm finding it hard to believe the drills are both still spinning but we can but hope.

Would CB have bought 2 million shares without making a call to site to ask what they’re seeing in the cores? I don’t think so!

XTR is making great steps forward with Bushranger. The project is motoring and current has two drills going into virgin territory that are still spinning after 8 days. Not long before the news is impossible to ignore and the market finally acknowledges a world class discovery has been made.

The NOMAD may have told CB to only report hole starts, stops and assays but if we have hit copper mineralisation then it is massive news. I think CB told us without telling us.
