The trigger for the buyback clause is a JORC compliant resource estimate of more than 2mt of contain Cu Eq. That doesn't mean only resource measured to a JORC compliant standard will be included when it comes to a valuation... the JORC requirement just relates to the buyback trigger. If you think about it, they'd be no point drilling the holes they are doing now if it wasn't going to add value.

I personally think Ascot is going to add huge value.

Racecourse estimated 400-600mt of ore... and still growing. CB talked of adding maybe another couple of hundred meters to the North and it being very open to the South and getting thicker. 700m with average grade of 0.3% gives 2.1mt of Cu Eq... happy days.

Ascot possible a bigger system than Racecourse. Didn't even mention Footrot! If bigger and better grades then it will add many more tonnes of Cu Eq even if only 'loosely inferred'.

Confirmation that Racecourse and Ascot would share same processing plant, which is a huge bonus in terms of CAPEX and will command a premium on top of the premium for the jurisdiction.

We are now targeting June to begin the sales phase, with CB hoping to give shareholders a fat cheque this year.

They’ve been sitting on this one for a while (otherwise known as a processing and analysing) so hopefully there is some really good news right behind it. I’m not expecting ‘the big one’ now until the new year but am thinking the next two drill holes might me reported this week before the teams take a week off for Christmas.

andmillsy - Those would be excuses that I could live with.

Fosters100 - That's the theory (re news that can effect the SP) but I can't say I see much evidence that that is what happens on AIM. They seem to chop and change and do as they please when it comes to reporting.

If XTR were ever pulled up about it, they'd just say they were 'processing' the assay results before releasing the information and it took them a long time because of X, Y and Z.

Hole 36 is obviously great news but it isn't really new news because the 205m from 11m was mention in the last video.

I'm hoping that it's release, along with the not such good/interesting news for holes 31, 32 and 34, is XTR clearing the decks as they prepare 'the big one'... I don't believe for a second that they aren't sitting on assay results. I am just hoping that they are sitting on the assays as they wait for the one to land that finally tips the scales that has Racecourse sitting on one side and a 2mt copper weight on the other.

Doesn't tell us where they'll be pointing the drill but it does confirm that the SE anomalies are the prioritised target for the remaining holes of Phase 2.

I think we are close to XTR announcing they have 2+mt of contain Cu Eq within the conceptual open pit (just waiting on the assay result that will tip the scales) and that the AA buyback clause being triggered. That will kick the SP north and seal in the value whilst they then look to add to the prize with whatever sits within those massive anomalies to the SE.

Hole 29 is a big step out from hole 27 and if the mineralisation is continuous (and widening), then that is a massive extension. Takes us straight into the SE low resistivity and high chargeability area identified by the IP survey. 3+km pit? Could be 6+km!

Markeurasia - It is taking time and it is unusual for shareholders in a company to consider a week between RNS's as a long time. But in this case we have a mountain of news pending and the growing anticipation is understandable.

Drill holes 28, 29 and 30 all finished long ago but still no RNS yet reporting what was encountered. Drill holes 31 and 32 will have been going for about 2 weeks and still no news. We have 6 drill holes that completed 11+ weeks ago and we are still waiting on the assays. Then there is the promise of an updated 'model'. And finally, we have had radio silence from CB who loves a chat about Bushranger.

I have a feeling (and I admit I've had it a while!) that a news bomb is imminent.

Hopefully we are not far away from XTR reporting a similar amount of contained copper within the conceptual open pit at Bushranger but with higher grade ore closer to surface to quickly recover the initial capex. And XTR's contained copper figure will not include an ounce of ore from what looks like much bigger, likely higher grade, porphyries to the SE.

And investors can currently buy into Bushranger, and all the XTR African assets, for less than 5p a share. It's a deal. It's a steal. It's sale of the f***ing century!

Got to think of this price drop as an opportunity. I'm transferring a couple of grand for a top up before COP. Just can't resist.

Most of the worlds copper now comes from porphyry systems where the grades are typically between 0.2% and 1%. It is size that matters and an ore body containing 2mt of contained copper will be wanted by most majors.

The SP is where it is because the 'relentless assays' and drilling have not yet confirmed there is 2+mt of contained copper. But anyone watching the exploration closely will know that that target will eventually be smashed. Pile in if you agree and sell up and move on if you don't. I'm all in but DYOR.

Iceberg - We've had the assays for hole 16. Do you mean hole 17 is a real expander? That looks to be really testing if there is a gold rich eastern 'saddle bag' and would surely take us way pass the 2mt of contained Cu within the conceptual open pit if confirmed.

Xeiger - Yes, another massive 300m added. I wonder if hole 32 will show it extending a further 500m?!?

If we refer to the drill hole location plan from the 9th November, it looks like there are 7 drill hole locations/pads that haven't been drilled from. So I reckon a minimum 7 more drill holes to go on top of the two being drilled now.

They probably hired the rigs for a fix period of time as opposed to doing a fixed number of holes/metres. My guess is we'll be drilling all the way up to Christmas.

Cygnus - We may not have hit the market's g-spot yet but the foreplay is warming things up nicely and it's only a matter of time before it pops!
