My belief is it does not correlate that tightly on a day to day basis.

However with something like the tech sell off, you have a lot of shared holders and therefore the effect propagates due to flights to safety.

Had that argument a month or so ago when the Nasdaq was dropping like a stone and so was the Boohoo share price, got boring fast.

@wyndrum it is a picture being painted, just because you can't see the end result does not mean it is interesting or that there is nothing to learn from it. I get it, it isn't useful to you because of your holding values.

You can profit from it by understanding what type of action is driving the SP. Are big sales going through, are funds exiting. Are big buys coming in and is the price being held in place to fill. Yes it is guesswork as you have limited data, but just because the data is limited, does not mean you should just ignore it. I work in tech and know to use any data available, you might disagree and we will probably end up in the same place in the long term.

I complete agree that weak investor base triggered the initial drop, not the most recent ones. The problem is you just don't listen unless it fits inline with your internal monologue.

This price is literally on sale at the price it is at currently, it is completely unbelivable.

Yeah, all the positions I put in after the report were a dud.

Luckily the vast majority of my holdings are way below where we are now, so just gonna let time be the greatest healer.

Everything about the company is fine, so time to employ patience!

For once, i completely agree, just need to close out my higher positions at as small a loss as possible.

@RishiSunak when max_2 comes in it is usually the sign of the reversal, as they seem to constantly time their predictions on the end of the trend.

Order book was very normal until around 10:41 and then the BS started again, am sure there will be another load of big buys in the trades when we find the bottom again.

@gggg21 indeed. At least this share should be looking like a target for upside now.

Getting to the point where I think I might just close out some of my higher CFD's, put 10p stops on the rest and forget about Boohoo for 3 months. Still very much in profit, but might just say sod it and wait for sanity to resume.

@HereKittyKitty have been ignoring everything on the book outside of resistance and support, it's not there yet, but looks like it's getting nearer. Hopefully at least if we can go flat, for at least today, that will signal a buying opportunity.

Does not seem to be the messing around that there has been for the last couple of days.

@Fira2011 average is 265p so they are still on, holding out for 400p and beyond to buy you a life.

Also we just found support at the 10-day moving average and are now on pace to trade 3 x our average daily volume.
