FCUK seems a bit of an outdated brand for them to buy, it's a little bit 90's isn't it?

@wyndrum look back at the last two years of interims and then finals. They seem to constantly down play their interim expectation, but near enough every time interim growth matches final result.

I will be honest, I care much more about social sentiment, search and YOY growth than anything else. Being in tech, I generally believe if those aren't dropping off of a cliff, the rest will follow. Personally, as long as I am beating the Nasdaq and SMT by a decent enough margin then I am generally happy and don't bother to go into to much detail of what if they got x% extra revenue over current period, as a lot of the time with tech the price depends on how much the business can disrupt traditional industry and is it placing itself to do so.

The biggest worry to me is if they can stay trendy and fashionable, they can mitigate that risk with M&A and further investment. Again, nothing is telling me that they will not do that.

The clothes in primark are not fashionable. That's the big difference between the two and why you can't just say, well primark is open again, Boohoo are going to loose all their sales.

@wyndrum i completely agree that past performance is no guarantee of future result.

I know you don't like indicators, just god's honest facts, but currently from what I can see it is all indicative of future growth with macro economics pushing in Boohoo's favour due to their price point.

Law suit is £81m, seems to be how America operates, but everything is looking like it will be chucked out as the parties were not materially affected. Supplier issue, that is is for Boo to fix over the next 12 months, nothing they have said makes me suspect that they will not.

@wyndrum does it's YOY growth suggest any decline? Does tesla's share price reflect it's sales? Has Covid affected sales? Was it not growing before Covid?

The result on sales in known from a lockdown, it equals growth. How is it not in a better position, would love to get that list?

Amazon, Berkshire Hathaway, Facebook all big companies with CEO with big stakes. Would rather it that way around rather than a CEO with little to no skin in the game.

@wyndrum because they are mostly around programming, tech and looking after my kids. So pretty dry reading material.

I think you will find it hard to find many CEO's that care deeply about their workforce, it is not what the focus of a CEO should be. That is for MD's, P's, VP's & HR.
