Expect approval is an interesting statement to make. So let's say the trial went well and this is the reason for making that statement and releasing an RNS. Anybody with half a brain cell working in PR marketing would have been all over that snippet of good news and should have released a seperate RNS on it. They cannot sit on that information without letting us know. I really do think that this could be a matter for the FCA to look at but mustn't forget this is AIM wild west.

Guys in my humble opinion the user trial was a seperate undertaking by Belluscura of the oxygen device. Yes if it was completed it would form part of the submission to the FDA but like any other trial the company should have informed shareholders of the outcome of this. Imagine if this was a success and a pass, everyone tested could use the device. If you were a director would you not be loading up? What's to say they haven't been or their mates haven't been loading, or if a disaster what's to say their pals haven't been given the nod and have slowly been dumping. This is price sensitive information which shareholders should have been told about by way of an RNS, not by reading about the test online.

Couldn't agree more. They got their wages secured with the placement and have simply given up on engagement with shareholders. They are refusing to answer questions about the user trial which now in my opinion means it was a disaster hence no news. I'd love to be proven wrong but on this occasion I don't think I will be. You only have to look at SNG and how they have provided an update today on their trials and the effect it has had on the SP. Can see this lot doing another placement soon as it doesn't look like the sale of a few bags of crisps is going to cover their wages for long.

Judging by the one BPC have just done it doesn't look like many of the questions that want to be asked will end up being answered, it's looking like the only answers we will get will be what we already know with the excuse of can't answer due to price sensitivity.
If that's going to be their stance, without any RNS over the next week or so we aren't really going to get much out of the BOD. Fingers crossed we get some news before the AGM.

Credit where credit due Trusted, Lucyd were quick to answer questions and this American football dude is quite a popular lad. I got my sums wrong though we should be converting 1 to 2% if followers into sales. Which equates to possibly 80 thousand pairs. Could be wishful thinking :)

This Richard Sherman dude has 2.1 million following on Twitter and 2.2 on Instagram. Not bad in the grand scheme of things. Hopefully he can generate a bit of interest that can convert into sales. Even converting .5 of a % of his followers would be over 10,000 pairs of specs.

I would encourage everyone to check this out. If only Tek were as good at answering questions.

Cheers Clenched I had a good look through all of that, I just find it amazing that they have kept silent about the results. Could those sneaky Yanks follow basic instructions? Did the test result in a pass, have the independent results been forwarded to the FDA? This lot really need to up their game when it comes communication. And I'm glad we are actually all talking more and raising these issues.

So they value this innovative eyeware at just under $4 million and Lucyd have licensed the IP to them, do these jokers not realise that the shareholders should be told the details of any license agreement, the costs, numbers, royalties ECT. They really are quickly becoming one if the worst for communication. And as for the Belluscura user trial that was meant to happen in February, I personally believe it didn't take place, it was pulled and as such there's no RNS because there are no results.

With regards to Lucyd is this latest crazy crowdfunding attempt going to dilute further TEK's shareholding in the business leading to our shareholding in the business as shareholders of TEK.

Yeah they've ran out of money already :) and judging by the amount invested it ain't looking too hot at the moment either. Good find and yet again something we should or could have been informed of.

MM's drop the price by 3% on no news and no trades complete joke. Have they given up already at taking some of these potentially great products to market or is it they're just not any good at selling. We now know they're rubbish at engaging with shareholders.

Nothing better than doing your own research. They made a press release on Salarius signing some type of deal with Hans Brokerage. It's was like "ye awesome, things are moving" but has anyone actually looked at who these dudes are and how sh** their window on the world is? Their website looks like a bunch of 12 yr olds built it. Doesn't instill confidence that they'll be pulling any multi million dollar deals in soon.

I hope for those sitting on a high average that Edale don't dump unless they know something we don't. You never know that big spike down could have been an attempt to take a few stops out. Hopefully for those currently sitting on a loss we might get an RNS about the free crisp giveaway being back on. That could put the rocket under the SP :)

Cheers TopCatz I hope it doesn't get wiped out mate but I try and leave sentiment out of it. It's like following a jumper at Cheltenham, you just can't be sentimental. I really hope they pull their finger out because this is a business that has potential but it could just be that they need help when it comes to getting the FDA over the line. Salarius should come good and it would be great to know how sales are going. Fingers crossed it all comes good, we shall find out soon enough.
