Got to agree a confident presentation. Given the timescales we should see some stabilising in the sp and interest from proper investors not just those in for a quick 10%. My only thought is this could be a bluff, by saying we're going all in alone it might ruffle a few feathers with the big boys especially those neighbours of ours. Might not be long before an offer comes in too good to refuse. GLA

Just read a report on Fresnillo and how they have been in the doldrums for quite some time but how the tide is now turning for the world's largest silver miner. All looking good for ALIEN especially with EH news to come. GLA

I like this quiet before news drops. India is gradually getting back on their feet and they've never needed this gas more. Not long to go now until we get an update on the wells and GOI ratification

Can't really see an rns in the morning. If they have results I would have thought there would be a requirement to release them as soon as practicable not to manipulate the release to coincide with a webinar. Not deramping just being realistic and would love to be proved wrong.

At least a trade is a trade, keeps some fluidity going and the spread isn't too bad either. This could be the calm before the storm that's coming very soon. Hopefully some product news very soon on the run up to Christmas. At least there's more trades than posts which has to be good.

Somebody has picked up 8 million shares at a bargain price already. Must be quite a lot of buys being matched if you can flog 8 million in two hits.

Not that I think this will go below 7 but for those that are convinced it will happen could you enlighten me as to why I can't find any short positions anywhere. Serious question is anybody actually shorting UFO?

Tymers good point about sells v buys. But do you not think each sell has to be matched to a buy. Can you sell shares in UFO if nobody wants to buy them. Just a thought :)

Don't post much here because only got a million shares but the mm pull back today is just money in their hands. Says plenty about the false drop that they want to catch a few out who bought in on the small rise yesterday, scare tactics but it's not working. Hold firm ppl because this is about to pop. Why? Because India is quickly getting back to normal, government focus is on reducing gas imports lots of national focus on Cambay. Not long now. GLA

Ibmibn I agree that a discussion board should be for both positive and negative news, the problem being the majority of negative posts are not based on anything other than opinion and are very rarely backed up by much whereas most positive comments are supported by links to other websites, industry news or an rns. Anyone can come on here and say the sp is going to crash but if that's the case surely it would be better to show it was based on an expert opinion backed up with some figures or a broker statement rather than the rubbish some ppl come out with. If these individuals are so confident that the sp is going to crash perhaps they'd be kind enough to back it up so we could all take an opinion, do some research and make a few quid by going short. Just a thought but I'm yet to see anything decent to suggest the sp will crash, happy to be proven otherwise by a broker note, bad sample results or a massive miscalculation on the amount of ore we have or potential silver in the ground.

Smiler my logic is that we are not reliant on a high ore price at the moment because we are not producing. The ore price may affect the price of any offer made for our assets but production would be a few years away by which time ore prices for dso grade will have recovered. The investment in West Africa by the Chinese is full steam ahead, the drop in ore price has not made them pull their plans and the money they're ploughing in is astronomical. I'm not worried in the slightest about iron ore prices because we don't have to accept a stupid offer for our assets, we're not desperate to sell because we're not a one trick pony which is one of the reasons I'm deep in on ufo. Each to their own though and hopefully we'll all make a few quid over the next few years.

I don't think the iron ore price has anything to do with our sp, we're not producers and the current price isn't stopping the Chinese throwing hundreds of millions into places like Guinea which is going to be many years away from producing. If anything the iron ore price might make somebody make a cheeky offer for what we've found so far.
Looks like everything is falling into place, still millions of tons to be confirmed and still waiting on EH numbers, this is a slow burner but I personally believe patience will be rewarded.

Without someone scooping up those sells there wouldn't have been any. Its great to see that you can sell 20 grands worth in one hit. Try doing that with a few other AIM listed you'd struggle with plenty. Try buying 20 grands worth of UFO you can't even buy 4 or 5 grands worth in one hit somedays. It's all fluidity which is great.

Crazy to even think that all these 1 million plus sells are ppl dumping shares. Do ppl not know someone else is snapping them up.

.45 is a nice profit and at the end of the day that's what the bottom line is about. I personally don't think it will tank but if someone can make a few quid and has the conviction to dive in and back it up, then best of luck.

Once we have numbers jorc done I personally do not believe we'll be begging for interested parties. You only have to look at Guinea to see the amount of interest in decent iron ore. OK there's meant to be much more there than we have but look at what's going to be required to get it out of the ground and shipped. They'll even need to build a new 650km railway. Add in tinpot government and you'd think that they'd be a bidding war to get in on our action.
