Already 15% down from the . 85, its going to take one hell of an rns to get this back to the price prior to the placement announcement. Really looking forward to that one landing, should be a stonker 35% plus on the cards from where we are today.

I think most ppl would be happy with a sale of a project but let's not forget the way the sp is at the moment the whole company could be taken out for less than 2p a share if an offer came in. It only takes a few of the bigger institutions to say they'd be happy with a 100 to 150% profit and they might be gone. There's no sentiment it's just business and onto the next one. A bag an a half is good going but many here have been dreaming of multi bagging from where we are at the moment. Time will tell I guess.

MrPositive I hope she doesn't buy us out anytime soon. She could probably snap Alien up for a little over 1.5p based on today's sp. Now that would be a bargain move.

Retraction in sp happens with almost every placement and normally below placement price, can't understand why so many ppl just don't see it. If they want in, get the placement out of the way then fill ya boots and save a fortune on broker fees.

What's that Deanok £700,000 as in cash or 700,000 shares, 700K in cash would really jog things a long. All I'm seeing is plenty of fluidity and nobody having problems buying or selling. Did a dumby buy and sell earlier no issues with either.

You really have to applaud the brokers who sold those placing shares, they did a wonderful job with their sales pitch creating a bargain that anyone can buy into.

Like your confidence DRB, so a placement at 1.5p would mean an sp of just under 2p. Wouldn't be too bad, I'd be OK with that.

20 million tonnes is a given already. I'm guessing this was one of many insights given as part of the investors sales pitch.

Liking that theory Norm. We'll soon find out. WH Ireland might be getting a few phone calls if their sales pitch doesn't come good :) I'm guessing decent RNS this week.

Totally agree Norm, the money isn't being used to pay the secretary and keep the office lights on. I would go as far as saying that there was a sales pitch that included some interesting info that the rest of us are yet to be made aware of. We'll soon know as the placement shares might be ready to play this week so at least we're guaranteed one RNS hopefully two with EH news to coincide with the new shares. We'll see.

Given the current sp do we think the new shares will be trading on the 18th? And if they are do we think there'll be an almighty RNS to give the sp a lift to coincide with trading?

60 million would buy Alien Metals as things stand, that would be cheap for everything. Recent investors may have that in mind 100% ROI in a few months time, no sentiment just business. That's quite possible while the sp doesn't reflect the potential riches the business has.

Norm how do you think they marketed the last placement? Personally I don't think it was much to do with the sp discount because we all knew what would happen to the sp as soon as that was announced. I'm taking a punt that those big players throwing tens of thousands in, were given the heads up on EH, were sold on what's been found so far and when the big news will drop. Personally I can't see why anybody would invest without knowing what's around the corner when they could have declined and bought in after the placement. Everything is in the open on the iron ore, nothing happening in Mexico yet, it all points to awesome news coming up on EH and coming by the end of the month.

I hope so yayay that would be one hell of a top up for me. Saying that even if we're still below placement price come Monday I'm loading up again. Only worry at this price it could be seen as a cheap takeover. If we're floating around at this level I'd be worried that an offer around 2 to 3p a share could be enough for some to bail out. You never know rumours like that could have been an integral part of the sales pitch for this last placement because they were certainly given the heads up on something.

Although the COP conference might not be viewed by some as a huge success it might have done the explorers and junior miners the world of good especially those with high grade DSO. Much less energy intensive to mine and refine got to be good for the planet.
