Fast tracking in the labs if you pay the price you get the results bit like Ryanair

Anything could be happening behind the scenes smiler, you're right though about the time it's taking to do these samples, been following plenty of miners using these labs and they're getting assays back much quicker that we are. Normal turn around is 6 to 8 weeks. If Oz and the Pilbara is going to be the next big thing they need these labs to get their act together sharpish.

I guess everyone is waiting for the final assay results to drop but I'm also starting to think that the news will only back up what many expect. We all know that these results are going to be exceptional in fact I know that the amount of silver we're sat on was a big selling point for the last placement. The brokers were already pushing silver at EH to attract the last lot of investors.
If they do turn out to be exceptional how much of exceptional is already priced into the sp. Just thinking out loud that the results might need to be earth shattering well above what some actually think is in there and certainly much more than TP and WHI were privy to, to get that last placement away.
If the results are earth shattering hopefully we will be able to start getting it out of the ground ourselves or at the very least attract a big player who can afford to get it out of the ground and turned into dollars.

MM's hardly ever hold shares, it's not about them buying up shares and not wanting to sell, its about sells being matched to orders. If they were desperate to hold shares they'd first of reduce the spread, which they rarely do. The MM's are making between 6% and 20% on every trade they match why on earth would they risk holding millions of shares. I simply do not buy the idea that the MM's are trying to accumulate their own. Imagine if that happened, they'd be accused of all sorts of foul play if news drops.

I agree Basher deffo long term this one, but last few days have allowed for tasty top ups to play into the next news that should get us back above the 0.9 mark. That's an easy 2 to 2.5 grand which you ain't getting in the bank.

Got to agree about placement but that will not happen until this is above the last placement price. It needs to be above the 1.2p mark. If IMHO we need a placement to go it alone to generate tens of millions then so be it but they'll struggle to go back to the same HNI's through TP and WHI unless they have all had a return on their last investment.
The death knoll would be if any future placements came in at much lower price than the last one.
We see it quite a lot on AIM and it kills sentiment makes the BOD look like jokers and just kills the sp.
So with that in mind I do see a decent rise in the sp over the next 3/4 months and if no news on a JV then a placement is imminent. Just hope when it happens the discount isn't laughable and the money is used to unlock millions in profit for Alien.

Great job last night. Looks like it's another presentation having the desired effect. SP flying now with all these new knowledgeable investors filling their boots.

Yeah Norm, watch this space, shortly, soon, imminently..... we all know that this is a complete waste of time. If anything the sp goes down further after he's done one of these. The only rns coming tomorrow will be a link to where the disciples can listen to what he's said tonight.

The anticipation is unbearable. What pearls of wisdom will come forth tonight that we don't already know, he certainly won't be able to say anything new that will get the sp moving it's only a price sensitive rns that will do that.
Hope he doesn't get asked any tricky questions on cash burn, delays to assay results and obviously next placement if no JV achieved over the next 6 months.

Im still in profit here mate but only just unlike quite a few who are drowning plus I'll still play the drops and spikes but yeah as things stand questions need asking if there's nothing to hide then great but id rather find out the facts than some of the piff poor excuses for the delays like because they are in JV talks :)

Wents can't be bothered emailing them done it before get the same #rap back. If the results don't drop by mid April I will just write to the FCA with a concern that the company may, I say may be withholding price sensitive information from shareholders. Done it before with another I was in that did get a few questions answered quickly. Yeah they are a bit slow but it's their job to make sure the reporting rules are followed.

Max come on mate, Alien is a long way from being a miner, ppl could jump the gun read "UFO is the best junior silver miner on LSE" and think we are actually mining and making money which we aren't. Let's keep it real we are an explorer who might become a miner if we get a JV other funding or another placement away to fund mining operations. Unless you know something Max hush hush nudge nudge wink wink, that we have actually started mining and are generating cash.

Justin is pathetic at asking questions. BBG dodges a bullet yet again. Alien team expanding, projects on the go - drill rigs, drill teams, geologists, all great news. Why on earth won't these journalists ask about cashburn, delayed results, what's plan-b if no JV. Nobody has the bolls to ask proper questions.

Was there any need for today's RNS? Personally I doubt whether it was the main driver to the sp rise. Could it be classed as price sensitive or was it just BBG realising the need to release some positive news? Totally agree with the comments about needing solid financials and just drifting along but the potential is there. At least BBG recognises that unless the sp does rise he's going to be screwed to get a placement done. Hopefully whoever asks the questions at this next interview will ask about cash burn and what plan B is if there's no JV? Still we wait on EH news from the worst lab in Australia.

Get on those Russian miners, nowt happening here for a good few weeks, time to make hay while the peace lasts.

He might struggle to get a placement away at less than 1.25 given Mark Culbert bought in at that price. To even do a placement at that price and offer a sweet discount or warrants the sp will have to be substantially higher. Last placement was a chunky discount to bring them on board, they certainly won't have the appetite to throw more money in here if they haven't seen a return especially if they'd have held out until after the placement they could have ended up with a lot more shares for the same money. We all know what will happen come the next placement and that will be a big retraction in the sp so it's simply stupid to buy more at the placement price unless they really make it worth while next time around. Unless there is some really big news coming before the money runs dry how on earth will BBG get a successful placement filled at today's sp?Not happening, I just hope I get the heads up again so I can dump and buy an extra 30 - 40% after the sp has retracted.

Not all Ausie miners have the delays we got 6 to 8 weeks turnaround is the norm. Not sure if they look after their own down there but UFO is a tadpole not even a minnow so when the big boys need results they get them. We aren't even listed in Oz so it's no surprise we aren't getting the same service. Either that or the lab in Perth is just pants and offer the cheapest rates with the poorest service. The Ryanair of the lad world, we'll get you the results when we're ready or get another lab :)

Got to agree it smells fishy not having the results back. 4 months is terrible service for what is being paid to these labs. Imagine though that they do have the results and not releasing them until all their mates, family and family pets have loaded up. Now that would be very naughty indeed :) That simply wouldn't happen would it. They'd be in serious trouble if that transpired.
