Wents although quite possibly not the same but having played around with a few early stage drug development companies, they tend to let shareholders know when papers have been submitted for approval like to the FDA and then the FDA have reasonably strict timeframes to either approve, request further information or refuse. I would have expected an rns here to tell us that all the necessary paperwork has been submitted its at that point the clock ticks for approval.
