If valuation of our 25% is 100 million plus nr should take the money returning a dividend to shareholders and get away from this farce which the tie up with the operator seems to have descended into the last few months. All IMO.

I have looked in depth at NXT Tec website. Very professional and huge potential for the near future. A further investment by Leed looked probable. Will be interesting to see what percentage of nxt we will own. IMO we will be relisted as finance etc are easier for listed companies. Leed could be worth a very large multiple of their current market value. I for one would seriously consider investing further should the chance arise.

Apparently we are a growing company. Quite a few shareholders will take some convincing on that one. Nearly 8 years now and yet worth less than the monies raised over the years. Sorry but the proof is in the share price.

Should be news update on disposal and also new investment and what the company intends to do regarding further investment in construction company. I would hope for a relisting soon. Listing costs for a company this size are only a few thousand a year according to lse website.
