Good morning to you. Listened to meeting. I think you made it very clear to the board what shareholders expected from the company. Good of you and the other two shareholders to give up your time. Away for a long weekend in Norfolk. Big birthday this weekend.

We were awarded a 30% share of the licence in December 2015 at little or no cost.

Solo have 30% of between possible 144 to 227 million barrels of oil in place. Planning permission to be submitted soon on Ukog Rns. 40 to 65 million Barrels, could be quite a tidy sum. Not sure what it cost us. Meeting today, I have listened and very impressed what I heard, mainly from nr. Again many thanks to the three shareholders for giving us their time.

Apparently digging going on near esso pipeline according to twitter. Just a coincidence. Anyones guess. Maybe a hook up to horse Hill. If flow rates are as before and oil is sold. Our share could generate about a million pounds profit if extraction costs are still about $20 a barrel.

Not good news. The board have done the best thing they could and get out with something. Looks aset if the Australian economy is awful at the moment. The new investment is worldwide and they have contracts already started.

Has definitely dragged on for too long and of course solo still have their expenditure to find money for. If the right offer came along it should be accepted and the company should move on. Meeting tomorrow now mentioned in an rns. Should be worth it just to raise shareholders concerns and clear the air. Would be interesting to know the boards views on the operator. I wouldn't say that was price sensitive information.

Of course salaries etc have been paid for 9 years. Must be a couple of million there alone.

It is an informal meeting just to speak to the board regarding certain issues. IMO a good move in that a shareholder egm would be at least a month away. We all know that a lot can happen in a month. This meeting will hopefully get the board moving in the right direction at least a month earlier than would have been so. My best wishes and thanks to the three shareholders that are giving up their time and at their own expense. Should be an interesting meeting to say the least.

I am in full agreement with the meeting. More of an exchange of shareholders views and clarification of the way news is released and strategy ahead. I understand that no news will be disclosed at the meeting which is good. If there is any news it is only by way of an Rns. Hopefully it will point the way forward to better relations between the bod and the shareholders.

Not sure but probably 21 days minimum notice. Hopefully notice will be given next week so end of July time. Thanks bd. Although we may not get much in the way of news we just need the news that does come out to have more clarity and preferably more often.

Sounds like another fundraising in the pipeline. Hopefully nr isn't in a fundraising mood. I can see some of the horse Hill investors wanting out soon because of the constant delays. Could be a further investment at a bargain price. If Ruvuma were monetised soon anythings possible after a special dividend of course.

If the board share our frustrations regarding the sp performance why don�t they try to do something about it. It�s not as if the problem has been going on for a short time.

Good evening to you. Not a good day for the sp but good that shareholders are standing together on this one. As you say the operators are only partly to blame for lack of newsflow. If you look back at rns�s, the only ones that come from non operators sources seem to be issue of equity loans directors share options and of course what investments they are spending the money on. Nr must know the shareholders sentiment at the moment. I wonder if he will turn up for the egm if their is one.

As usual just tells us what we already know so blaming the operators for all our troubles. At least we got an answer, but he knows about as much as we do. The operators may be at fault for newsflow but they can�t take the blame for the initial investments that were made. Maybe news tomorrow to clarify or update something.

I'm sure they are getting very worried as as they are over at aminex. Complete lack of communication from both companies. It's as if they live in a different world from us. They spend our money whilst we get little information as to how and why it is being spent with little snippets of information that we have already been informed of in an earlier rns. Maybe they will give us some properly worded rn's with information we can at least make sense of and soon.

At the current daily rate of decline will we still be around by the Egm date?
