From companies house records you can see that they were actually approved a week or more earlier.

Have to be filed tomorrow at the latest to avoid a £150 penalty.

Rns should be issued in the morning as account would be available to view on companies house website.

Tomorrow or Friday at the latest.

And of course the agm date should be announced.

With the underground octopus style drilling pads up to 20000 barrels a day can be produced from one well.

Wytch Farm was producing at over 100,000 barrels a day so anything’s possible.

And of course with only one hole at the surface I would assume planning permission is only required for drilling one well.

The one advantage solo do have is that solo do not have all their eggs in one basket.

Value of investment up. What does concern me is Tanzanier government takes 20%. A tad greedy I think. Seems we may have minimal costs if oil and gas company bears all drilling costs in return for equity. A bit of news that hopefully will have a positive impact on sp.

At the moment there are three main factors driving the sp to such a dismal price. Uncertainties Lack of News. Lack of income. The octopus type wells are underground so I would think that although it can have a number of pipes intersecting the oil reservoir it would still be classed as one well.

I'm sure they mentioned the multi octopus type Wells which could extract much more oil from a single pad and mostly underground so environmently friendly.

Of course if multi Wells are used and the hooked up to the nearby pipeline your figures may be a bit on the low side. I was thinking more along the lines of 20000 barrels a day so 2000 barrels a day to solo. Anythings possible.

Whilst I appreciate you meeting the bod last week the fundemental problem is lack of communication too many investment being made before monetisation of earlier ones. I will give the bod another chance to sort it out as they seemed to realise they needed to get things in order as discussed at the meeting.
