I know these things take time but aminex far too quiet as far as I am concerned. All that hype after nt2 drill interviews etc. What have we had the last year. A feeble update on ntyora compression problems.

I feel that something is seriously wrong. The fact that we have heard next to nothing for ages means we should be very concerned.

Maybe everything is all going to plan but not sure about anything anymore. Only time will tell.

The latest issue of equity was probably for our share of horse hill costs but the fact that these directors are
for the amount of time devoted to the job earning hundreds if not thousands of pounds for a days work
is inexcusable to say the least. A brief breakdown of what they actually do to justify these salaries would be a very
awkward question for them to answer at the forthcoming agm.

I suppose the salaries have to be paid.

Shouldn’t take the mick but for an investment company of over 8 years with just about enough income to pay the employers in on the salaries this has got to be having a laugh at the shareholders. By all means if the company is generating a tidy income then maybe higher salaries are warranted. The agm could be heated to say the least.

I’m not sure how shareholders like their bods but they are going to get a grilling on this and many other matters.

If he is not reappointed wouldn't there be a huge compensation claim.

So with 10 weeks holiday a year. So all in all not a bad job to be in for a bit longer.

Not really good enough considering their earnings and workload.

You'd think that between them they could sort out something simple like that. Maybe that's the problem at the moment not many of us think they are up for the job and certainly not the fat cat salaries they are earning.

surely our sp should have doubled.

Normally a resolution to approve directors remuneration in the accounts.

I don’t think they have to pay it back if not approved although any provision for future salaries performance related bonuses share options etc could be stopped. As for performance related bonuses etc I would think the company is owed money by the directors as I can see no shareholder value being created in over 8 years. Maybe the next few months will be different.

Of course Ukog is valued before current test results are announced.

Aminex is of course valued before licence drilling of other well etc.

So with above sorted 100 million pounds could be a very conservative figure indeed.

Bigdoubles calculations last year exceeded this figure on Ruvuma alone as far as I can remember.

Figure looks reasonable although Ukog and aminex market values do include other assets.

I would like to think the figure once licence is granted would be nearer £100 million.

It could be that the year end accounts were finalised before the meeting and could not be amended in time.

Will confirm once accounts filed at companies house. Directors approval date normally a week or two before auditors sign off.

So £150 penalty, bad show as far as I am concerned. That’s the money for the tea and biscuits at the agm.
