Maybe that is what they want. Sp still dropping they could pick up the other 70% they don’t own for under 50 million pounds. We should think ourselves lucky that we have not got ourselves into the same situation.

Some very fed up shareholders over at the aminex board. Do not seem happy with the farm out deal.

I am of the opinion that they were so desperate to do a deal that they accepted what I would say is a far from good offer. If I were an aminex holder I would have to think twice about accepting it. If it is not accepted could they not get a loan. They certainly wouldn’t be the first company to do so. Does concern me what would happen at solo should the farm out not happen.

Wasn’t aminex supposed to call an egm for shareholders to approve the farmout to the Zubairs.

That was six weeks ago and nothing. Does make me wonder if current state of their sp since the announcement will have any effect of shareholders decision. I think solo should think themselves lucky that they weren’t involved in the farmout negotiations. I don’t think they were told anything anyway and found out by way of the aminex Rns. Not a very good communication between them and us considering that they needed our money when they required it and now the rich investors have come along with their millions we seem to have been ignored. More the reason imo to get out of this sooner than later.

I read that as a clear indication that special dividend(s) will be paid to shareholders, it’s not a matter of if but when. Soon I hope.

Other than losing all my investment in ferranti 25 years ago this is by far the worst investment I have made down 80% plus.

I however have faith in our three investments each of which IMO are worth many times our current market value.

The past few years have not been very good for solo investors but it seems with the investments coming to fruition and the new board stating that some or all will be sold and the bulk of any proceeds returned to shareholders.

I am staying as long as it takes. Imo a very profitable future awaits us.

Working on the price Ukog paid for their additional 7% values solos total at 4.125 million. A third of our market value.

Solo acquired a further 5% in February for a £1 million pounds.

At Ukog’s purchase price today solos share is now valued at £1.375 millionand our total at £3 million.

Once testing is complete and production started should be worth many times above value.

So for under 70 million pounds they could acquire a company that has assets worth many times that and an investor that is committed to spending in excess of 100 million.

If they were taken over would they still be committed to the new owner? A fascinating prospect.

Does make me wonder if they could be a takeover target if sp keeps falling.

Could make zubairs investment very interesting to say the least.

Not sure what effect it would have on solos share.

The large buys may be people buying at or thereabouts the 2.25p issue price. That way they can top up at virtually the same price without having to worry about the rights issue.

That could of course be a stumbling block for a sale.

Of course another option is an oil gas major buys out aminex and Zubairs stake very soon aminex sp is very low.

Then partners with solo. There are many options. We can just hope it is the right one.

IMO after the total lack of communication regarding the Zubairs farmout they will sell the whole lot but not to Zubairs.

We have Horse Hill and helium one investments that should earn much more and in less time.

Became a cash shell in 2016 looks like they have been suspended.

Hope that investor got out long before then.

Just over .1% myself so won’t be me.

Test results to date very good exceeding 2016 figures. Larger capacity pump to be used for increased flow rates.

Our share of the arreton field on iow is also a good investment which to date has cost next to nothing.

We mustn’t forget Ruvuma and helium one which should both be generating good news very soon.

With new bod in place could get very interesting and very quickly.

I’m afraid you are as far as I am concerned.

Although maybe hang on to 5 to 10% for future income.

IMO if the right offer comes along the whole lot will be sold.

It may be difficult losing all that potential income in years ahead but it is years ahead and I think shareholders deserve a return for their patience sooner than later.
