Also the agreement with Zubairs ends March 31 next year. Maybe even they have only so much patience with the slow progress. A complete shambles imo. Investor meeting tomorrow should be interesting.

Four months since announcement of transformational farm out, two months since kn 1 update. Not solos fault in any way. The only thing that seems to have been transformed is the share prices of both companies. Seems strange that aminex bod have from appearing on interviews and telling everyone how fantastic everything was to absolute silence. It is no wonder the share prices have spiralled downwards almost on a daily basis. We know that news one way or the other will appear. When is another matter. That has been the fundamental problem. Let’s hope it gets sorted for the sake of both companies shareholders.

Four times the recoverable reserves of horse hill and we have 30% as far as I know.

Current market value still languishing at around 12 million. I’m sure the market has the decimal point in the wrong place. Any one of our investments must be worth more than our current market value.

IMO we seem no closer now than three months ago. Aminex have a potential farm in. If it ever happens. Needs shareholder approval first. They need to move things along as weather window is looming so could be another six months anyway. Multi tcf gas in place. Sp languishing at 2p. Definitely something not right here.

Has anything actually happened in the last six months except the farmout offer.

It obviously isn't in sight otherwise it would have been done and dusted. I have my opinion on the time this licence is taking. I will refrain from further comment.

About £5 million gross income a year.

I would think our costs would be deducted from oil sales so cash flow not affected.

So we hopefully have about 5 million pounds more in the bank than we would have had. As they say cash is king.

Not looking good if solo still hold.
Although oil is flowing at a good rate the cost of bringing to production will be huge. Solo do not have to pay a penny.
Looks like board have done the right thing at the right time.

It’s all the waiting that has and is still very frustrating to say the least. The aminex shareholders must be feeling even worse. The news we have been waiting for will hopefully be announced very soon if not tomorrow. Then the real action can begin drilling reserve upgrades production plan etc. I’m not sure if solo are still holding some of their horse hill shares. I would like think so. Potential for a few million profit there. Helium one very quiet but not for too long. Iow drills next year. We have a huge amount of news to come and the boards commitment to return proceeds of asset sales to shareholders by way of Special dividend should hopefully hav3 a positive impact on sentiment and the share price.

When you look at all the assets we have a billion tcf gas at least, Horse Hill shares/ cash in bank, About 13% of a potential multi billion helium play, iow. There are companies on the market valued at many times our piddly 12 million pounds that have hardly any assets and are years away from any potential income. 40p or approximately £250 million market value may not be as far fetched as it seems.

Post on aminex board stating that company still expect egm before end of November. Cutting it a bit fine.

Some of us especially the aminex shareholders must be at that stage by now. At least solone have money in the bank and other investments to fall back on should Tanzania go belly up.

I hope it doesn't of course but the silence and lack of news is not very good.

Seems to also ignore cash in the bank any shares held in horse hill and helium one investment.

Hard to believe we were worth over 30 million in the reef days.
