Looks as if first year is free on nex exchange then only a few thousand dollars a year.

Relisting would then enable trading in shares to re start.

Nxt investment looks good in short term. Hotel being built many projects in the pipeline. Hoping for an rto and relisting this year. I’m sure the two largest shareholders would at least like to recoup their investments. I think they paid about 0.49p a share.

This figure of course completely ignores the small matter of helium one. Worth as much if not more than Ruvuma to solo.

Let’s hope that 2019 brings us the rewards we so richly deserve. The assets are certainly there.

If licence etc is sorted and solo can retain their full 25% until after drilling they should be in for a very large pay day indeed as should we.

End of year scramble to get shares before major rerating and institutional buying.

I will be very interested to see if we have increased our investment here and what percentage we will own when hopefully an ipo is done.

Hotel build a bit later than I thought it would be although looks as if company could be a major player in the building of private homes.

I'm sure it will be signed sealed and delivered within the given time frame. But it does seem to be taking a very long time.

Could it be that the Tanzanian government grants drilling licences waits for the estimate of reserves in place then don't grant a production licence and take over the project themselves.

The amount of time we have waited for this licence does make me think that something is definitely not right here.

Am I correct in saying that until the farmout is agreed and the licence granted the zubairs have spent nothing.

So if the licence is not granted they would be none the wiser.

The only scenario is can think of is if the licence is not granted and the Tanzanian government take the assets back. The Tanzanian oil and gas website does clearly state that all oil and gas does indeed belong to them and it is only the granting of a production licence the gas extracted belongs to the company concerned less a percentage taxes etc which go to the Tanzanian government.

A drilling licence means nothing without a production licence.

25% share of say 5 tcf.

Must be worth a hundred million at least.

Mustn’t forget helium one.

Once this licence etc is sorted the gross undervaluation of solo should correct itself.

If the assets get whipped away it will take a very large amount of cash and should be a big profit all round.

New board have made changes maybe too quickly imo.

Sp down nearly 50% since nr went. Horse hill sold out for a song, licence or remedial work not yet sorted oil price dropping like a stone making horse hill less profitable by the day.

We seem to be in a worse position than when nr was at the helm.

He made his mistakes but I think he was learning from them.

Other than a few million in the bank we have ground breaking assets which frankly don’t seem to have rooted.

Seems the ukog sale was an error on the boards part.

Ukog now about 1.2p down over 50% so if shares still held showing over a million pound loss.

I'm now 95% down here. Not a very happy Xmas for myself and many others on here. The licence situation has gone on for over a
year now and something about the whole ruvuma thing isn't right.

The aminex bod have gone from saying production this year to nothing no interviews hardly any new updates in the last six months. Not a very impressed investor. Lots of talking but very action.

Looks like Ruvuma and helium are priced in at virtually nothing.

When the Ruvuma licence is announced I wouldn't like guess what will happen to the sp.
