As you say only 10 working days to get licence sorted.

Nothing gives me any confidence that it will be since 18 months have passed since application was made.

I do hope it does get sorted for the sake of us long suffering shareholders.

To be honest it doesn’t give me any confidence with regard to the completion of the remedial work.

Looks like the chap had picked up a turd in a plastic bag.

We have no proof of any wrongdoing. We just want the licence and remedial work sorting. I must admit 18 months to sort this the pump out is bad to say the least but it seems that is what the shareholders have been putting up with for ages. Little or no news andirect little or no progress. I shall refrain from further comment.

Interesting if that licence not granted could solo take legal action to recover costs and loss of potential income.

They only bought into the project for the potential income in the first place.

Interesting weeks ahead especially if licence not forthcoming.

We at least have some cash I’m not sure if aminex have much left as they have a much larger bod on larger salaries.

May be the best case scenario as if licence not issued no drilling
no income no one will be interested in buying our stake and we have a £20 million plus war chest.

Makes me think we should never have got involved
In Tanzania in the first place. Tens of millions lost by
shareholders. Would probably have had more income from
Reef by now if we had taken over proceedings there at a fraction of the cost.

Can't delve into what might have been but look forward to
the future. If there is one here. According to the sp of both companies it is looking pretty bleak unless things start happening
soon. I was saying this a year ago.

Still no news on remedial work. I reckon they've stuck
a plug in it.

At the current rate of decline looks as if the board need a plan B to get out of this mess.

Replacing the old board obviously hasn't worked.

Last really good interview with Jay was about 2 years ago gas gushing to the surface production within 9 months.

What a difference a couple of years has made.

No interviews no nothing really.

I assume the gas is still there.

Imo the licence is probably being held up due to the Tanzanian government wanting too bigger slice of the pie.

Do we still not have a production licence for ntorya 1 if they can sort it out.

Does anyone know what price the Zubairs bought their original stake in aminex. Seems they may have lost quite a substantial amount given the current sp.

If licence not granted may be all the more reason to cut their increased losses which it would be if licence not granted.

As you say we have our cash to fall back on. Not much for 8 years and most of that cash raised from shareholders.

Mustn’t forget helium one although most of us have at the moment. Horse hill I shall refrain from comment.
