The 2.5 billion sale of a uranium company.

Of this nearly 2 billion has been written off by the purchaser.

That part was not included in the rns.

Seems the purchaser overpaid big time.

100 bcf of helium seems a good enough reason for me.

Not sure I’ve got my bcf confused with my mcf.

But still potentially a lot of helium and income.

As for the Ruvuma licence etc I’ve put that on the back burner as probably have almost everyone else.

If and when it happens it will be a welcome bonus.

Looks like 2.5 million Canadian Dollars at whatever the exchange rate was at that time.

As far as I remember the total investment was written off a few years ago. So an actual figure is available to see.

Managed to watch about half of the interview. The woman presenter was almost laughing.

I can’t honestly see any material progress with anything for ages. Just seems excuses all the time.

The cash position must be getting worse by the day as no income for over a year now.

Here at solo imo I cannot envisage our board waiting much longer for something to happen.

Solo have Expenses. We are basically a cash shell at the moment. We need income and cash flow and soon.

Hopefully the new board have some big deals in the pipeline.

They have reasonable expectations that the farm out will close this year.

A complete mess.

I cannot see our boards patience lasting until then.

And I thought it was bad here.

Maybe a good move would be to buy out their ntyora stake get the thing fixed and produce gas.

On the other hand just get out at no further cost. Seems the licences are not a formality any more.

No licences no cash for aminex from the Zubairs. I hope their patience holds.

IMO the sooner we can distance ourselves the better.

Looking forward to March 2022. If 5000 barrels + is achieved by then we should have about £80 million a year income and a market value of many times what it is currently.

Awful week again imo. Over at the other company am I missing something but just what are they being paid for.

There certainly doesn’t seem to have been any progress with anything.

Always next week I suppose. Hope our new board get their fingers out and do something to enhance shareholder value.

I still cannot believe aminex started the licence application nearly 20 months ago.

I’m hoping that the boards promise should I say that of 5000+ barrels of oil a day equivalent within three years comes
to fruition. That’s over £80 million a year in income and hopefully no more work for me.

I thought the 5 million was only payable when the licence was signed. Their board of directors is very large and I don't think
they take their salaries in shares unlike here.

Hopefully an rto into an oil or gas producer. We will then be on our way to our 5000+ barrels a day.

Over at aminex even an update on anything would surely be welcomed.

IMO I still can’t see anything happening for months except maybe another share issue to pay the bills.

He should have done it earlier.

Could be here had knowledge of today's rns so is locked out of any further investment at the moment.

Interesting that block seem to meet all the requirements that the board are seeking for future investments.

I see block energy has rocketed today.

I still wonder if solo will be involved in the future.

It does make me wonder if we would be better off spending a bit more to get reef up and running.

I recall that most of the plant refrigeration units etc were in place
and ready to go. The problem was Reef Resources ran out of finance options. I'm sure the board are open to options regarding selling it. News soon on this front due soon.
