Trapped is a very good definition of what we are but it should not be like this.

The board have spoken about what they hope to achieve within three years although nothing has happened so far.

Our main trouble is the lack of progress with Ruvuma and ntorya. The aminex board used to talk about what they were going to do drill produce etc but nothing now. Our bod must be very patient to allow solo to wait this long for nothing. We have had no income for over a year now. Our overheads are lower but as they say money doesn’t grow on trees.

Although we have had a new stragedy for the company as per the recent rns. Imo nothing has changed other than ousting unwanted investments for insignificant amounts. Only when they show us that they actually do something to improve shareholder value will the sp respond accordingly. I am still not very impressed by the first nine months of the new board of directors. I hope that things will start to take shape soon for the benefit of us all. The main problem is of course still the licence but I shall keep my comments regarding this to myself.

What would happen if licence is not granted.

Would zubairs just walk away. Their investment would be virtually worthless. Solo would simply lose all their costs incurred to date.

I hope it does all get sorted but doesn't look very good imo.

Could be that a deal is imminent and may be larger than we think.

At rto cannot be ruled out given the experience of the board.

That 5000 barrels a day minimum target may happen much sooner to the delight of us shareholders.

I agree that non core assets should be ousted it’s just some of the proceeds seem to have been hardly worth the bother. I’ve been here about 8 years now and in my opinion that is medium term. As for the sp I would consider 10p as very conservative. We had a broker valuation of 18p pre consolidation so since then Ruvuma has been upgraded helium one has advanced almost to drilling stage we still have our horse hill investment as far as I know. Any proceeds from the reef sale will be profit as the reef investment has been completely written off a couple of years ago. The board state a minimum 5000 barrels a day within three years. That should generate at least $80 million a year income. I am also looking forward to a much higher sp in the next year or two. I would like to think 15 to 30 bagger would not be out of the question.

All well and good but if they get a small amount in return the money they have lost on the original investment is lost.

Probably better to get it up and running and generate income.

Horse hill iow reef hardly going to make a difference. Ruvuma needs to be monetised as soon as practicable.

The total lack of news or progress by aminex is to say the least awful. At the current rate of progress income is years away if at all. IMO our best chance of a decent return is in helium one. I know it is slow here but it does seem that with a new man on board it should start moving sooner than later.

On 2nd April 2020 272,000,000 share options to the directors expire at a price of .1p. Surely it is in the interests of the directors to relist the shares before this date. At the moment there is no way they can sell the options.The hotel in Perth being constructed using nxt tec technology should be now be well underway.As I said accounts to 31.12.2018 due by 30.06.2019.Next announcement should be interesting.

That .8% equates to about another $400 million so thanks for correcting me.

It will be very interesting to see what the mc/sp will be once production commences.

Mustn’t forget Ruvuma. Easy too though as so little progress in the last year. Good that we have helium asset to fall back on as well as horse hill. I suppose we should thank nr for that.

Regarding helium prospect. Unless the licence is revoked for some reason I can see no reason that it should become a multi billion dollar asset. Solo have 13% need I say more.

Equivalent 8 tcf if gas at the same price as ntorya gas at wellhead would equate to about 75 billion dollars.

If all recovered. I’d take a 10% recovery rate.

I wouldn't be surprised if it is sold on once appraisal drilling is done.

We all hope that the board can deliver what they have said or even more.

17p would be great but I’d stay on for 25p plus. Still only a mc of about £160 million.

As I said before 5000 + barrels a day equates to over £80 million income a year.

Not sure what earnings this would generate but I would expect solos mc to be in the hundreds of millions by then.

A couple of weeks ago we were almost on par with aminex.

They are close to dropping below 1p so we have done very well.

Maybe Ruvuma is not as important to us as we think.

Seems mr Ferguson’s investment in block has paid off. Up over 400% since he purchased three months ago.

At rto at that time would have been great. Hoping the directors are working on a major deal that will hopefully bring some significant shareholder value.

They are advertising London registered offices for under £2 a week.

Would be interesting to know how much if anything was saved. Probably cost more to issue the Rns.

We have zero barrels per day towards a target of at least 5000 and only 34 months left. IMO a very substantial deal will be done the catalyst being a total withdrawal from Ruvuma etc once the licence is sorted.
