If it happens all well and good but imo the solo board although they say it is an important asset. Without a production licence it is worthless.

If they are looking at 15 to 20 deals I’m sure whichever one(s) they decide on will be pretty big. Given the known experience and ability of the current board an rto cannot be ruled out. Solo could end up a much larger and profitable company quicker than we may think.

The board have been very quiet for a few months now. I hope a deal when it comes is a company changing one. The Ruvuma licence only has another two months until the revised deadline. Been ongoing since September 2017 so nothing to say it will happen before 31st July 2019. Whether the current board can deliver is a matter of opinion. They have probably the most experienced board in the aim sector of oil and gas so if they can’t deliver nobody can. We await the red dot.

That's why we need to get out of these deals being the non operator and become one ourselves. Maybe our board of directors will sort things out a lot quicker given their vast experience.

I look for that red dot ?? every morning bad habit really but as the effect on the sp should be massive I think a minute every morning is worth it. After all I have a lot to gain here.

They probably know don’t know any more than the shareholders. The article should get a few more interested investors. Two weeks would probably tie in with our next Rns which I hope will put us on course for 5000 barrels a day output. Only about 34 months to go so would expect news on this front very soon. IMO an rto is a distinct possibility.

With the new man on board I can only think it will move drilling and production forward. IMO production in 2020.

I must admit that he didn’t look that well in his last few interviews. The stress of delivering this licence probably hasn’t helped. Let’s all wish him a speedy recovery.

If the board deliver then they can pay themselves what they deserve.

If income of about £80 million a year or more is achieved what’s a couple of million in salaries. The problem is when directors pay themselves huge amounts for effectively doing almost nothing.

Solos directors could probably afford it given the millions earned from previous takeovers.

The Zubairs must be very frustrated with the situation. IMO if not sorted by the next deadline they may just walk away.

I thought we would have had a news update by now.

Annual accounts due by end of June.

I have e mailed nxt tec to ask about progress regarding the building of the new hotel.

I hope that is all going to plan as we don’t want another bad investment.

I will post a reply should I get one.

They have reduced their salaries and cut costs.

They have stated that new investments will be made with minimal dilution.

I know we have to take their word for it but let’s wait and see.

If the 5000 barrels a day plus happen then a mc of £350 million is quite feasible.

5000 barrels a day is over £80 million a year income so a mc of £300 million plus would not be out of the question.

They have had nine months. Monetised some non core assets.

The main influence on the sp is the lack of progress with Ruvuma.

Whilst most of the fall is probably the total lack of news from Ruvuma the new board have stated the future strategy for the company. I hope they start soon. Talking is one thing doing it is something else. I assume the lack of news is because a mega deal of some sort is very close. As for the ongoing Ruvuma situation.
