Seems they are involved in projects worth millions of dollars.
I can find no financial details of how much they are selling earning etc. Leed have invested over $300000 Aus. I would expect a very substantial return on it if the website is anything to go by.
Hope the board are trying to move this company and achieve some shareholder value and hopefully a market relisting.
As I said annual accounts have to be filed by 30th so I would expect an investment update will be included although figures are only to 31st December 2018.
Nxt tec website is saying they are looking for distributors for different types of flat pack buildings.
Maybe Leed could become the sole uk distributor.
No updates since 31st January so overdue imo. I emailed Robert Porter regarding lack of news etc and am still awaiting a reply. I will post if I get one.
He is only telling us what we already know. Accounts imminent. They have to be filed at companies house within 6 months of their year end so 30th June at the latest.
An update on Reef or anything would be good.
IMO almost at quiet as the nr years.
The lack of updates regarding the boards new strategy makes me think that when news does drop it will be company changing. Even 500 barrels a day production is over £7 million pounds income a year. Almost our mc.
It was quiet during the nr days but seems even more subdued lately.
No news on anything albeit most is out of our control.
Regarding strategy. I hope the next deal is a good one.
The board are of course being paid whether in cash or shares.
How long do these things take. I know the paperwork is probably slowing it up together with due diligence but over three months and nothing. Imo the Ruvuma licence has become a joke that has impacted on the sp. It needs sorting and soon.
I sound a little impatient with things at the moment as are probably a lot of other shareholders. Red dot 7.00 am tomorrow maybe.
The main difference is that our gas is stuck in the ground thousands of miles away and until the licence is sorted it is worth nothing.
I hope our board get something sorted soon or with no income and expenses albeit not very big sub 1p could indeed also become a reality. I just hope it never comes to that.
It can be done. 5000 barrels a day is about £80 million a year income. Profit margins may be high. We still have helium one which should be producing in under 2 years. Ruvuma who knows. Still 6 1/2 months left of this year. Maybe 20p or more by end of this year. There are so many unknowns that anything is possible here.
The way things are looking on the Ruvuma I’m not very optimistic.
As for the directors doing a company changing deal again more optimistic but not expecting much.
It’s all well and good the directors stating 5000 barrels a day within three years but talking is one thing actually delivering is another.
I hope that something materialises soon as possible and it had better be a good deal that will generate income from the start. As for Ruvuma and ntorya the waiting is awful for shareholders of both companies moreso aminex imo.
Annual accounts due by end of June so I would expect some news to come along shortly. We have had no income for about 16 months other than selling off some assets for small amounts. If we do still have any Ukog shares we are down over 50%. Another bad move by the board imo. I thought the new board were going to get a move on but very quiet for many weeks now. All will be forgiven if we can get to £1.50 a share by March 2020. That’s about the time I want to tell my boss what he can do with his job. I live in hope.
They must be getting low on cash. That is what pays the bills.
Over here in hope our board comes up with a good deal and soon.
It all seems to have gone rather quiet here.
They have promised so much and delivered very little.
I know we should be patient and give them time but the months are going by too fast. Our annual accounts are due by 30th so let's hope an rns drops before that with a deal they have done.
