Without the licence our assets Ruvuma is worth almost nothing.

Basically the sp values helium one at cost and our cash in the bank and any ukog shares that are still held.

If and when the licence drops imo we should be looking at a sp at multiple of what it is now.

IMO nxt will expand at such a great pace that an ipo and London listing will be the only way to raise enough capital. Leed investment will be turned into a stake in listed company. Maybe even an rto. Anything’s possible.

Not many of us been posting in last few months but thought it may be of interest to you.

Listing in London is a very positive point. Leed have got it at a very early stage. Nxt are getting multi million dollar contracts. See their website under case studies. They are even promoting flat pack buildings and are seeking distributors. These would fly in the uk.

I know I shouldn’t joke about it but I would assume it’s rainwater as nothing has been done to it for ages, The so called remedial work seems to have stopped along with everything else.

The annoying bit is the licence is in place until 2036. You would think they would have sorted it out in 18 months. Even 15 scuffs a day shouldn’t be ignored. Seems all interest in generating any income has gone.

If 5000 barrels achieved and llicence granted imo you can times that by at least 5.

We have cash but I’m not sure how the situation is at aminex.

IMO once licence is granted our board will sell it all to the highest bidder. I would think that there would be quite a few at this point.

As for kiliwani why don’t we just buy aminex out and get production under way. The licence is in place until 2036 I think.

Let’s just hope that all this waiting is worth it. IMO our board will get out of Tanzanier as soon as practicable monetising these assets for the benefit of the shareholders. If we keep them it could still be a few years away from earning any income and of course the expense of doing so.

It will be very interesting to see what happens when the licence news drops.

Solo mc £9 million Aex mc £26 million awful to say the least. Just how much longer must we wait until this licence farce is sorted out. Nearly two years now. Why haven’t aminex started production again at ntorya. Lack of cash maybe. The new board have settled in nicely done a lot of talking but that seems to be about it at the moment. Next week maybe. Haven’t we been saying that for months now.

Companies house are currently processing documents received on 28th June. I assume the accounts were posted or delivered by hand so should show later.

Does seem a bit old fashioned way of doing things.

First week of July gone and still no licence news. Another extension maybe.

They came out last week so the identical wording figures etc should be filed.

Any deal would only be relayed to us by way of an Rns.

I know I have stated this a few times but I can see no reason why the company are withholding the accounts from being filed. Not a very good show imo. Looks like sub 1p soon if some news isn’t forthcoming. I’m sure the board are working hard earning their fees. Only 32 months to 5000+ barrels a day.
