So our mc down half a million and aminex up 10 million.

I thought Ruvuma licence was just as important to us as them.

Of course it could be that another company is interested in aminex as would be a very cheap acquisition for them.

As with solo or aminex it seems nothing seems to happen as it is supposed to.

Hopefully soon everything will fall into place.

They would have to borrow against a producing asset or maybe issue a bond or loan note which interest would have to be paid on until redemption in however many years they are issued for.

Showing up 13% at 1.90. Anticipated deal or deals and licence hopefully within weeks

15p here. But won’t take a penny under £1.50.

IMO 3.5p would be well undervalue. We were 18p equivalent pre consolidation so with more the assets we have together with any new ones I would expect the sp to be at least 18p. Remember 3.5p even taking into account additional shares being issued is less than 0.2p pre consolidation.

It will be interesting to see how the sp reacts to news flow in the coming months.

Let’s say base price 1.5p so we are looking at £1.50 and a mc of about £1 billion.

We have helium one Ruvuma etc one or more deals generating at least 5000 barrels of oil equivalent a day. Not so far fetched as it may seem. I for one would just about be a millionaire although the tax man would want his bit.

Say 40% profit £30 million. P/e say x 10 so about 45p a share.

All estimated not sure on p/e valuation.

We have 632 million shares in issue.

If the 5000 plus barrels a day is done in first deal imo the sp should be a multiple of its current value. As 5000 barrels a day equates to more than £90 million pounds income at current oil price and exchange rate depending on the profit margin and p/e a huge rerating of the company would take place.

Looking forward to the deal or deals. At least it will make the Ruvuma licence a welcome bonus whenever it gets sorted. Helium one as well. I cannot even guess at the mc when all three are sorted.

I am following nxt tec very closely. The projects they are working on are worth many millions if not tens on millions of Australian dollars.

As I have said take a look at their website under case studies.

Our chairman seems very certain that they are seeking a London market listing in the near future.

I’m hoping for an rto we have a few million in tax losses that I think can be used. The chairman’s report at the bottom of page four of the accounts is good to read. Let’s hope it’s not too long before shareholder value is realised.

Seems the directors have been taking quite a lot of money out. About 600k more than they were due. So overdrawn directors accounts. Let’s hope it’s not going to happen here.

Circa £80 million income. Wouldn’t want to guess the sp but multiples of current sp.

Will be interesting to see how much our stake will be worth at ipo stage. Whether we will sell or keep our stake for a share of the income. Of course the ipo should raise more than enough for drilling costs etc so not sure what the boards strategy would be. After the Ruvuma licence problems I wonder if the boards strategy includes Tanzanian held assets as medium to long term in its plans.

Is this not more dilution unless I read it wrong.

If licence is sorted new strategy implemented soon and helium one ipo and drilling in the next year then solo are going places until then we must all try to be patient. Very difficult at times I know but the bod sound confident enough and three possible deals being at advanced discussion stage means soon. The financing side is concerning but would probably be by way of a loan against an already producing asset.

That just about sums it up.

If they had made an investment by now in respect of their new strategy it would have livened things up a bit. Anyone attending should be asking just what has been going on for the best part of a year to justify the hundred of thousands if not millions of fees being paid out.
