I hope that things get worked out. An overseas investor should take interest soon.

I’m very surprised the government aren’t interested at the moment. . It’s not as if they have to spend anything only guarantee it.

Certainly not going to be paying dividends for many years to come.

I would hope for a mc of at least 100 to 150 million this time next year. I have assumed that you are just pricing in Ruvuma. Helium could be on stream this time next year and also any deals that are done soon could be generating tens of millions of income in a short period of time.

It will be interesting to see the sp a year from now. But hopefully a figure many multiples of the one we have now.

Getting impatient waiting for the maiden dividend.

I suppose another year or two and an sp many times it’s current value is worth the wait instead of a small dividend.

I am still if the opinion that once licence drops the board are going to monetise part or all of it and return a special dividend to shareholders.

We have waited two years for the licence, so how many more years to production and at a cost of many millions. I’m still not sure if the boards strategy of 5000 barrels a day includes the Ruvuma gas equivalent but would think any money not distributed to shareholders would be better put to use on acquisitions that are producing income much earlier than Ruvuma would.

We are now in the second half of September and still no company changing deal yet.
I appreciate these things take time but any potential deal does seem to be a long time materialising. The sp is still not doing anything overall. As cp has stated we are waiting on at least five company changing events. I hope that at least a couple of these drop soon. For the sake of all the shareholders.

BBC business says helium shortage has upped the price nearly 30% in the last year.

Can only be good for our future.

Reducing the liabilities has the same overall effect although if you borrow the cost of an asset in full the value of the company stays the same as the assets and liabilities both increase by the same amount. Only when the asset is providing income is the balance sheet value increasing by way of the profit increasing the reserves.

Not much use going on about it at the moment. Only when we have a producing asset that is earning real cash will everything fall into place.

Cash is still being spent on fees etc.

Interim results due by end of month.

It will be interesting to see how much is in the bank at 30th June if not now.

Seems any deal will be funded by way of a stake in the production income.

IMO a loan secured on the assets would be better for us letting us retain 100% of them instead of giving them a stake for next to nothing.

Another heads of agreement for reef seems we are still waiting.

That would be a return of £2 on an investments of over 2.5 million pounds.

Digging up the past. Solo were worth in excess of £50 million in the reef days long before Ruvuma and Helium One. Reef was supposed to produce about 500 barrels of oil a day. What Solo now have would be producing an equivalent daily output of many times that.

I think I mentioned it before but Tom Reynolds is on the boards of both companies.

Very interesting. As he has 7% it would only take about 3 million pounds to do an rto.

Although I’m sure the rose petroleum shareholders would hold out for much more.

Also I don’t think their fundamentals would fit in with solos strategy going forward.

Although apparently It fits in with Mr Fitzpatrick’s.

We are about the same as three months ago.

We need this transformational news soon. I know from investors that attended the recent agm that a deal or deals are imminent but that means nothing until a deal or deals has been done.
