The interim accounts say that there are 509.36 million Shares in issue at 30th June.

I thought we had 632 million. Correct me if I’m wrong.

I wonder if our days on aim are numbered. Maybe a full listing and interest from the pension funds. Probably a couple of years away but still a possibility.

Definition is between 2 and 10 billion dollars.

But then everything in the us seems to be bigger.

Imo the board will wait until the upgraded cpr and sell the lot.

Another option would be to swap it for a ready producing asset with a nice chunk of cash thrown in as well.

So basically we have got aminex and the Zubairs a huge asset that without our oil and gas expert they would have had nothing. IMO the least they could do is give us a free carry on the first drill.

I seem recall a mc of about 40 million when reef was the only asset.

With licence in place drill completed helium drilling and deals in the pipeline.

Anyone's guess what mc will be.

I remember your rough calculations of our share about $400 million I hope that still stands and if anything is a large underestimate. At the end of the day it’s how much gas is appraised and what percentage can be extracted. I didn’t even mention cove as it was years ago and as far as I am aware no gas has been produced from the assets they sold for a fortune.

Does make me wonder if nr still holds his shares.

He lost us a fortune with reef and pan over, however he is responsible for our investments in Tanzanier with aminex and helium one so I suppose we have something that should eventually generate a good return for shareholders. IMO he still has most or all of them. Why would he sell at a loss. I certainly won’t.

To be honest the drill cannot commence quick enough for me.

So within a few months solos share could be in excess of 500 bcf and an oil find as a bonus.

With helium one hopefully not too far from drilling and new deal or deals our sp should be many multiples of what it is now. Still hoping for that elusive maiden dividend.

It’s the longstop date being extended by 8 months that does concern me a bit but I’m sure they are just covering themselves.

So are they not expecting the licence soon.
