The shares doubled on the strength of the 20/12 RNS, NOTHING has changed to put the SP back to mid 20s.

I do not think any one knows the path Petrofac will take with regards to finance.

Aiden has been appointed to come up with ideas, I very much doubt that he has finished his report let alone handed over his findings to the rest of the board to discuss !

TBF he has options.

My advice for what its worth.

1/ Petrofac buy own shares(NO RI)

2/ Share price goes up (short squeeze)

3/Shares used as security for guarantees ?(Negotiate direct with customer ?)

4/Share price 120p plus, RI now an option

5/Share price 300p plus in three years

NO RI at 25p, would raise a pittance, pointless

Yes Josey,

The companies headwind would become a tail wind once debt becomes more serviceable but and its a BIG but, if the share price was £1.20 which it should be, then the £600m ish debt would not seem excessive as a Percentage.

PLUS : 3 yrs trading at current levels and the debt is paid by profits anyway !

The next 10 months appear to be the issue.

The positivity surrounding this COVID turnaround company is inspiring and to think that PFC are strengthening their GREEN credentials by removing (on a national scale) CO2 from the air we ALL breath !
