To think that it is LEGAL to borrow and resell a company's shares is crazy !

111.44 % of PFC stock needs to find a home, the more we buy the more shorters sell, selling our own shares back to us.

This reduces the MCAP reducing options on debt and potentially destroying a company when it's VULNERABLE.

BUT

IT CREATES A VERY RARE BUYING OPPORTUNITY.

PFC will win this one but perhaps a tweak in the ftse all share shorting laws is needed.

SOME REALLY SWITCHED ON INVESTORS ON THIS BOARD, OF WHICH I AM NOT ONE !

HOWEVER, BASICALLY

PFC IS WORTH 80 p a share as things stand

Price is artificially low due to large short position

Once finance plan / debt is resolved 100 p fair value and probably a good buy too.

But

And here's the RR kicker, the Tesla dream, perhaps just perhaps the shorter will HAVE TO buy back at crazy prices that have no relevance !

Finding buyers for a share that's plus 12% can't be easy.
