My hoding was up a tad last Thursday before the board issued a pointless RNS sabotaging my and everyone's holding.

If the board are fighting us and the shorts too then we're doomed.

I too am a holder of PFC and could of sold on Thursday at a small profit which is my normal investment strategy.

I stayed in because, like you say, something positive for the SP is happening, we still finished up even after the unnecessary RNS from the board.

Obviously the board are controlling the SP but have they got control ?

NO they haven't.

I think a hostile take over / bid by a party who have little or no intention to retain the board.

The board anxiously think the company can prosper but at the expense of PIs.

That's the whole point, huge PROBABLE upside with large unlikely downside, we all know the risks.

I've struggled with the issue of shorters closing, why haven't they and like you say, at a profit too.

I think they will all rush for the exit - stop as the price becomes an issue - then try and short the hell out of PFC again at 80p plus !.

The good news needed has to be a steady flow for years in my opinion.

I'm happily heavy into PFC, exciting times
