It matters not a jot any more, nor is it price sensitive as we can't sell bob all yet. And as TXO won't have a market come tomorrow, we might not ever get an RNS. Other than the one saying TXO has been booted off.

That's not insider trading, TB has told a journalist info that TB should have put out in an RNS instead.

Of course they've found a nomad, and no, they don't need to announce it in an RNS. Why I hear you say. Because finding/ agreeing terms with a nomad can be done without the final signature of said nomad. Why hasn't the nomad signed yet I hear you say. That, in my humble opinion is because they can't sign/ pay for the nomad until after the consolidation. At which point they'll issue equity to pay for said nomad. All speculation on my part of course

In fairness, the OTR RNS isn't claiming something will happen sometime perhaps. It's claiming something has happened. ie the purchase of 3% in OTR of 300m euro, which values TXO's 30% stake at 3m euro.

You would lose 762 of your original shares @ 0.045p ie 34p You'll end up with 4968 new shares. As for what happens to the SP after relisting, who knows.

It's based on the previous closing price, but that doesn't mean to say it won't go up or down right away. Very often with consolidation, sentiment drives the SP quickly in either direction. Say, the RNS regarding OTR would appear to state that TXO's mcap should be much higher. Also, consider what the SP was pre nomad resigning, it was 0.1p The news sent the SP down to 0.045 on this basis. The optimist will say the upon relisting, the SP will bounce back to where it was, plus the gains from the OTR RNS. There is a good chance TXO will see a big spike. Now, for the sake of balance. It's important to remember that the new nomad needs paying, so TXO will possibly issue new shares to the nomad to pay for their fee's. I'm of the opinion that we'll see a good spike for a day or 2

In fairness, I've wondered the exact same thing. I only assume it's to prevent really small holdings
