We don't know it's not the case. We know DNI Ltd was gifted shares in DNI Holdings Ltd DNI Ltd then sold DNI Ltd still exists We just don't know whether DNI Ltd or DNI holdings Ltd is our partner. It's probably Tomatoes/ Tomatoes anyway. Whoever is the current legal holder of the other 50%, they're probably stoney broke and would welcome a deal to acquire the 50% back. Interestingly, RGM issued a buy back notice to DNi last year..

It was chatted about. I wish I could locate the news bulletin, cos it didn't read bad per say. And more long the lines of a change in ownership rather than DNi no longer being our partner. But in any event, from an RGM shareholder perspective, I'm not in the slightest concerned. We knew DNi was struggling to the point of extinction. And if RGM can snaffle back DNi's %%% then all the better for us.

It's not entirely news. I was reading, some time ago about the change in share ownerships at DNi on their website. But their website doesn't work so well these days, and I can't locate that news now.

Mineral exploration in remote areas isn't new, just look at ARS and their KSK project, that really is remote, and they manage very successfully to explore & develop the project.

Joe I can assure you the SP at the time the placing was agreed was 0.5/0.55 That's 100% fact.

Magic Twice now you've said discount price, twice now you'r wrong. The 0.55 placing price was set at the ASK price at the time. So actually a PREMIUM to the mid price

I can say this.... Buying the 700k shares was quite hard. There was tiny amounts available to get a quote for. My broker went looking for share, I assume some were obtained from Simon Parker's broker.

I occasionally post on LSE, not so much these days. I came across Mila quite recently, it's cash & mcap is very attractive to me. Resource sector is moving North nicely, and there aren't many cheap companies left. It's a strategic move for me, one that hopefully returns multiples of multiples.

RGM haven't been paying Legacy Hill. LH are doing their own DD from a potential investor/JV PoV.

Excellent news 35% of the loan repaid in cash. The original loan RNS stated.... "Regency would expect to exercise the prepayment option in the event of a fall in price to significantly below the Conversion Price" AB stuck to his word, well done.

Incorrect though MTR as a recent example. Sprott invested circa £4m, it was RNS's as such. Yet Sprott didn't issue a TR1. Now on the share register, Sprott don't appear as a single entity, but most of that holding does appear in Rick Rules nominee account. That nominee account of Ricks hold well over 3%, but neither Rick, nor Sprott appear on MTR's website as a significant holder, but the nominee account does.
