I don't tend to have particular share price targets, just go by what feels right. I'm hopeful we'll see a coal deal completed with Legacy Hill soon. We know there's more work & effort needed than was 1st anticipated last year, so we'll see. I very much like Mambare. It's well known it's been a mothballed asset for RGM during the bear cycle. But Nickel & Cobalt are moving North, the EV market is "taking off" (wee topical joke there) So for me, RGM having spent a lotta cash on Mambare previously, means that I essentially get a free asset now, thats well timed in this market. As for mcap, almost anything is possible. When the markets move, momentum & volume kicks in, and valuations can go nuts. As seen in GGP recently. Of course non of this will happen by itself, we do need RGM to work it.

You was wrong yesterday and still wrong today. Those "chunky" double trades aren't sells, nor buys, they're rollovers of T trades or Bed & ISA trades.

It helps RGM's negotiating to acquire the remaining 80% But then, RGM would be the controlling shareholder, so would need to satisfy themselves regarding liabilities. You'd like to think, in these circumstances, that an agreement could be reached between RGM & the old Mcoal land owners. They'd be much better off with something, than nothing.

Its promised royalty payments. An agreement from 2010. "minimum $10k per month" Obviously plaintiffs feel that even during periods of no production, royalties should have been paid. As for Regency's liabilities... Do I, as an RGM shareholder, become liable for RGM's debts??? Even though, RGM isn't a shareholder of Mcoal, it's a shareholder in CMC, who in turn is a shareholder in Mcoal

That's the beauty of the warrant model. Requested share authority is effectively half of what it appears, and (IF) the warrants do come into the money, then the remaining 50% share authority is applied at double the price. To confirm, the authorities applied to warrants apply for the lifetime of that warrant, not just in the 1 year they were generated. So I could exercise a warrant today, and it uses authority from a previous year. Now to preempt Mr Magic... that does not mean RGM can just add up any unused authority from years ago for the sole purpose of warrant exercises, then keep spare headroom for current year.

TR1's aren't actually an AIM requirement. But there's no need to notify when diluted down. Also possible for someone to have taken part in the placing and maintain their overall % You could look at someones previous holding, and work out the cost to maintain the same %

The 190 are included in the 769 What you haven't accounted for, the associated warrants come out of the existing authority at the time. So 190, plus Teathers circa 18m = 416m authority used up of this years allocation. Thus 184m remaining

I did miss one thing... Some spend the next 10 years posting on a bulletin board, some don't. Besides, you can be right a 1000 times, I only have to be right once.

Now why the hell would I want to buy into the best performing company? I know exactly what RGM's track record is. You say shareholders have lost 98% of their investment. Some have made over 1000% in RGM. And this is the very point of AIM & Microcap companies. Buy low, sell high (hopefully) It can be high risk/ high reward. Maximum losses is always limited to 100% Maximum gains is endless. GGP as a classic recent example. In 2016, who was buying at 0.08p? In 2018 who was selling at circa 2p? AIM is time & timing. Some have a particular risk profile, some don't Some get it right, some don't

RGM had stage payments to make for the other coal assets. RGM wasn't simply handing over cash cos SM asked for it. In June/ July, RGM stopped further payments. Whilst Rosa hadn't delivered the goods, RGM still were obligated to make payments for other assets.

SM is responsible for the information, he's the operator and RGM the minority shareholder. Btw, we do know washing was happening.

Lets break this down a bit... Rosa was a one off payment of �250k to acquire 20% At the time of this deal, subsequent information about SM wasn't available, so no amount of DD would find it, it didn't exist. Now that RGM might acquire 100% of Rosa, AB has brought in consultants. Huge difference between 20% and 100% ownership, minor shareholder to controlling interest. The mistake Andrew made, was taking on the other assets before SM had proved himself, he was "warned" about doing this at the time. Too much, too soon. But again, had Rosa been kicking off millions of $ profits, RGM wouldn't have had the opp to buy the other assets. One of the other assets RGM bought in to, has circa 94 million ton reserves of Met coal, bloody huge. So the opp is still there, we just need the likes of Legacy Hill on board.

But he did suss SM out. If Rosa had been all singing & dancing, we wouldn't have had the opp to buy in to it. It's picking up the distressed assets that provide the bigger upsides, in theory. I see a wonderful opp now, knowing what was posted earlier. How would those land owners feel about a portly White Knight riding in over the hill tops to save the day eh?!?! Bit romantic I know, but the opp is there.

Met him twice actually. SM is a complicated chap. It's easy, in hindsight to say he lied & deceived us, including AB. But the crux of it is, SM had way too many balls in the air, and is a terrible juggler. SM has/ had the assets & contacts, just not the corporate skills & money to balance everything. This is where RGM could have really helped him, but all got a bit messy. Andrew has come under fire, and yup, he's the CEO. But I will credit him this, he saw through SM and stopped the flow of cash eventually. SM was pinning all his hopes on a successful BIA IPO, and that failure was essentially his death knell.

Excellent find Britto, thanks ! I haven't seen that particular document before, but are aware that SM is completely on his arse. He's recently been trying to get another listing away, after his failed BIA IPO, and his new one has since failed too. SM has also applied to wind up a few US companies, presumably to avoid liabilities since he now can't get a listing. Enter stage left, RGM & Legacy Hill Keep up the good work chaps !

Which during a metals downturn was the right thing to do. Metals rising nicely now, Cobalt done very well, Nickel yet to catch up, but moving in the right direction. Now is a great time to turn some attention to Mambare. AB mentioned Friedlands Clean TeQ asset in todays interview, what do you think of that, Zumore?
