Add up the following:

Purchase cost of the mine
The new/ replacement cost of all the plant on site, 2 high wallers, dozers, dump trucks, excavators etc
The annual revenue produced

Then consider how a £4m mcap company can structure that deal

I worked in civils/ construction for over 20 years, I'm fully versed in how the industry works.

You realise RGM aren't leasing the high wallers from a plant hire company right?

And have you considered WHY we're leasing the high wallers, as opposed them being purchased along with the mine in the 1st place??

I merely pointed out the comparison between my ORIGINAL purchase price and the current price.

I don't actually know what my average is, I've taken part in placings between 0.4 to 0.9 but the majority bought at/ around 0.55.

My average will be a little over 0.55, there or thereabouts

Actually, my original buy price was 0.4 in the August 2016 placing.

And Dicky, we don't know the margins yet.

How did I manage what?

My investment decision here is/ was very simple.

The price now is still only 0.1p above my original buy price of 0.45p, effectively still just above it's historical lows.

RGM is now a producer, and we are to expect revenues, profits,free cash flows.

It's why I bought in to start with, yup last years efforts haven't worked out (yet) but nevertheless, we're now at the stage we wanted to be.

Omega has been purchased for $3m with $34m per year revenue.

Multiply that by 9 year mine life, multiply by RGM's share 47%.

Now tell me that's not an astonishing change to RGM's business

Who says the previous owners couldn't make it work?? The site has operated at a profit since 2010/11

Additional overhead of $6m, a figure totally created in your own head, and thus adopted as fact.

FACT is, you nor anyone knows the lease costs of the highwallers.

I'm not aware AB denying he knew LH.

But if I was to hazard a guess, last year, LH were talking to/ dealing with SM on something and I suspect AB didn't want SM to know that AB/ RGM were effectively behind it.

My memory could be jaded on this, but it was around the time SM was trying to get his BIA IPO away.

Regarding the lack of initial info on the Omega deal.

Think about the size of the deal, the % ownership RGM have and think about AIM

In June, I asked the question..

At what point do you RGM bashers admit things have changed for the better? At what point do you give up.

Since then, RGM have finally secured a proper coal asset, a producing, revenue & profit making asset.

That's a fundamental boost to RGM, the likes of which hasn't been seen in RGM before.

In the past, you lot claim to be doing Gods work, saving numpty investors from losing their hard earned....

But now, you continue to bash, relentlessly, more than ever before.

None of you have shareholders interests at heart.

You simply want RGM to fail, period.

You want investors to lose all their money.

Right now, you could, like us investors, be looking at, and waiting for more detailed information on our shiny new coal asset.

But no, you continue you're assault.

You want to be proved right at all and any costs.

You ought to be ashamed of yourselves.
