Crikey, will this share ever appreciate in value?
It's probs one of the worst performing shares that I've ever invested in to date.
So much apparent promise and potential yet the sp continues to stagnate.
Rich, just ignore the moron. It's agenda is so transparent......troll alert.
There's much to be concerned about with the global economy. It's not unique to HZM.
HZM are financed with a massive contingency pot. Most, including me, were fuming with the additional dilution. Now looks like a pretty good decision.? TO offer could come at any time. ....serious investors can see well beyond the short term fluctuations....
TSAE, there's no such thing as 'brand new second hand plant' lol...But, they've already done a gr8 deal on some used plant. A2 may cost more or less than predicted . It may even exceed their contingencies., very unlikely, but let's not forget the price of Nickel. A2 is planned to be funded from operational cash flow....easy!
Apparently, you're waiting for the sp to belly flop after the consolidation ?? Good luck with that. This isn't your typical penny share. It has major Institutional backing and finance. You say timelines could easily double from 2yrs to 4yrs...Well, that's not true. HZM are awarding contracts to major players who have contractual timelines. Off course things may happen to extend the construction phase but it very definitely will not easily double as you flippantly state.
Meanwhile, this must be a TO target....
taufour, think they've probably got enough to do for several years without trying to list on the main market....also probably very expensive as well as time consuming..
The circular stated it was the Directors view SC will have a positive impact on the liquidity of the shares by reducing the number of shares in issue and raising the resulting trading price per share. Management believes that the Share Consolidation is in the best interests of shareholders and is necessary in order to provide the Company with a share capital structure that will enhance future growth opportunities.
You could try searching these these publications....... London Stock Exchange's Admission & Disclosure Standards and the FSA Handbook (Listing Rules, Prospectus Rules and Disclosure & Transparency Rules)
FTC7, if that's the only thing you're struggling to understand in the recent dialogue you're doing much better than me.
Tornadotony, "The company has de-risked quite a bit of this and the project allowed some contingencies"
The company has allowed something like 100m in contingency...a bit more than some.
TSAE, I'm thinking you're just a troll. If you are unable to understand consolidation do not invest here. You seem to be confused. BRD are not a suitable comparison and the demise of their sp had nothing to do with consolidation.
An update would be appreciated...
From Advfn
It appears that the Company commenced construction in Q1.Which I assume is enabling works. Now we are well in to Q2, it would be good to have an update on earthworks, civil works, water dam, power and resettlement etc.
Circular and prospectus out.
Strummer, you state 'too many people getting ahead of themselves again'
Who are these people you are referring to exactly?
I thought wasa's posts were very balanced, detailed and informative. Whereas, you seem to be a bit condescending tbh..You state 'all this talk now of 50p. Dah de dah.'
I don't recall anyone making this claim? Have I missed something?
Does anyone here still have faith in the BOD?...I refer to MH and CL who have made mistakes and failed to meet self imposed deadlines. How will this impact the funding of Coringa....it's not gr8
They could start the works before the rainy season ends but it would be more costly and much more time consuming so perhaps not worth it. A groundworks contractor would sign a contract but their quote would reflect the amount of uncertainty. My understanding is that they've already carried out certain preliminary preparatory works. Which may constitute roads/site access, clearing and levelling the site etc. Earthworks is the biggie...such as foundations whether traditional or piling. I'm sure they could press on with these during the wet season but it probably wouldn't be cost effective and would not lead to any notable advantage. Anyway, they were recently still in the procurement stage.

Listen, everyone is entitled to their own opinion and views. I'm very surprised at some of the comments made on here about rampers and derampers. REMEMBER, you are responsible for your investment decisions AND no-one else.
If you disagree with someones views make a case for it and engage in polite discord or just simply ignore if a poster's history has exposed them, in your opinion, to be a proven troll.
So, anyone influenced by someones postings should not be influenced. If they are they shouldn't be doing this. It therefore it isn't fact...it's ignorance.
evan887, I agree with some of what LawrenceH posts, not everything, but I take it onboard in my decision making or simply discard.
evan887, put forward a reasoned argument why you disagree with what LawrenceH has said and then anyone can make an informed decision. Look forward to your response.
