Hi Red - I think you have a brill understanding of the issues involved and I wonder if NCM are starting to rethink... hence the delay in FS. Esculating fuel cost etc may make them consider the tunnel for immediate access and then looking at vertical and across ground (to Telfar) conveyors... which would make economic sense. I only hope this doesn't delay the FS and DTM. As hoping for a new bonanza strike elsewhere is a long shot and doesn't ease the squeeze a lot of us are feeling.

Added to which Panama he's under the cosh from his shareholders who, IMO, don't want him to splash the cash, they don't want him talking about jam tomorrow, they want Divs and and returnd and it's not happening for them.

Morning all.
Step back and look at the big optics: SB under pressure from shareholders (esp IIs) for much better Divs - they just don't want him splashing the cash on a project that is still relatively small - on paper. Money men deal in facts and figures and unlike us don't invest in want can be!
No take-over, no shinagins, nothing but blue skies, good winds, as we sail towards our golden future. Thanks SB for upping my projected Share Price :)
Cheers StellaBob.
Many thanks Bamps for the updated overview; copied to Word and printed-out. I suggest all interested parties do the same. It's good to have a map if one's on a journey along the yellow (gold) brick road. hahaha :)

Agree Redirons - an overview could see GGP shareholders saying: no to a takeover (below £1) and the NCM shareholders saying: no way do we want to splash more cash until we get our dividends... big time!
No takeover IMHO!!!!
