Ugly and Persi very quiet today, what happened to the imaginary bid then?

No RNS, so looking like the so called hostile takeover approach was just another failed attempt by a few disgruntled shareholders to waste the company's time and valuable resources again? They have until 5.00pm today to make a formal bid for the company according to the RNS.

Is that wishful thinking? SP is still 30% below the IPO nearly 2 years later despite all the so called progress and countless Proactive interviews and tipsters!

So with the 12th April being tomorrow it looks like the half baked approach was just a complete and utter waste of company resources the very same nutters that tried to get rid of the Board last year isn't it? Why don't they just sell up if their not happy instead of wasting the company's time. Ugly and Persi, it not you to fools making the pretend offer is it?

There won't be an offer in my opinion, the whole thing is just a distraction from a couple of disgruntled large shareholders who got stung at the last two cash raises at 0.9p and 0.7p or something near there.

Maybe some of you chaps need to keep up with all the RNS's! Derman is absolutely correct, the 7 million option shares have caused a very tiny dilution of everyone's shares, but only CF and maybe one of two other need to issue a TR1. Keep up chaps it's not that difficult.

Some reasonable buying at 0.18p going on, I'm not sure why there are any punters selling at below 0.18p at the moment with a potential 0.20p bid on the cards or a share buyback on the table, some strange folks around selling at these levels or is it MM's just playing around?

0.6p I'd buy you all a bottle of Champagne...lol...0.4p will do me though. As for those investors that put in a total of £31million at an average of 0.75p since Oct 2019, I'm not sure they will be very happy losing 80% of their investment at the 0.2p offer?

I wonder how those investors that bought £7.5m in Jan 2021 at 0.55p and those that bought £24m in Oct 2019 at 0.9p are feeling about a 0.2p takeover, they're going to lose about 80% of their £31million investment if the takeover is successful? What's happened to the £31 million seeing as cash is down to about £6 million? It's difficult to keep track seeing as there has been so many RNS's. I'd be happy if this got to 0.4p as that nearly double my buy in. We should all know by the 12th of April as that is the deadline for bids according to the RNS I think?

From all of the recent data published on Hvivo, the business is at leat95% contracted for work in 2023 maybe more since last contract signed, also circa £20 million cash at hand including deposit I believe, could be more by now. So if Mo can translate to potential £300 million pipeline into firm contracts over the next couple of years then looking good on the face of it. Always look at the figures yourself though as I only see it from what I have read.

At a rough guess I think we have circa £6 million in the bank based on last accounts, 1st receipt of cash from Shell minus any spending since last accounts upto June 2022. So I don't think we are short of cash at the moment.

Remind me how much cash we currently have in the bank including the first payment received from Shell.
